Pastry and filling in my pastie was sensational. Partner's sausage rolls same. Definitely earns its reputation for delicious quality products. Indoor seating plus plenty of outdoor seating as well. Friendly service.

One of my favorite places to go for pies in all of the Bendigo region. The stamp cards that get you free pies or coffees after buying so many have been a long running very appreciated thing for me as well. The tuna pie is my most favourite item, although better enjoyed earlier in the day, as the edges of the potato on top can be getting crispy by the late afternoon. The wraps and sandwiches are also good, always fresh ingredients. I've never not had a smile from staff here, too.

What I loved most from the beginning was the old fashioned customer service, even before I made a purchase. It was because of the smile and conversation I purchased more items for the kids.
The pie that I had, meat and mushroom was up there with the best that I had.

Use to be Gillies Pie Shop.Abit more modern now,but,still tasty pies and other pasty goods that you can actually see being made through the windows down the side of the building.Good drink selection or tea/coffee/hot chocolate in winter.Sit down or takeaway....photo of store at Marketplace needs update-especially the movable one-which isn’t pointing at your shop at all!

Loved the pies, the street window reminds me of the old gillies days, we always visit here for lunch when around the town centre.

Vegetable pasty was just how I remember, great value for money and goes excellent with an iced coffee!
