Best customer service we have ever experienced, especially after a poor encounter with the local mechanic. On our way south from Cairns on the Easter weekend and had issues with our injectors. The guys went above and beyond to help us out with parts and a quick fix method to get us on our way until it could go into a mechanic. Cannot thank you guys enough for all of the help!

I went in to enquire about a trailer connection to van, spoke to a gentleman Chris? who was very helpful and solved the problem we had. I had two grandchildren in tow and they were treated very well too! (Time for a salary review?)

Had a water pump fail on an old Landcruiser while heading south on the way back from the cape. Repco Ayr Staff went out of there way to organise same day transport to send the part north to another Repco store where we were broken down. Could not have asked for better customer service!!!

Needed a new battery in my ignition key, spoke with a pleasant assistant no worries was the reply, he checked for the correct battery promptly changed it, I was on my way. Thank You.
