I stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised with my stay, the room was set up well with great ammenities, the front desk staff were so friendly and genuinely seemed like lovely people.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were amazing! I wanted to take them home, I even tried to find a label on them so I could buy some for myself.

My only suggestions would be to have someone take the time to clean the little balcony areas, they were the only thing lacking in terms of cleanliness; the rest of the room was immaculate. And maybe the addition of some hand soap would be good, I ended up using the provided “body wash” as my hand wash, as luckily I had brought my own shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, so could spare the provided one for my hands.

Punthill Apartments in Heidelberg was a magnificent place to stay staff were a pleasure to deal with and Bec went out of her way to get a room sorted early as I had a Mum in hospital very unwell. A few days later had a concern and the lady who has just come off maternity leave (sorry I didn’t know your name) was very understanding and accommodating. Accommodation was so clean and first class with washer machine, dryer, ironing board, dishwasher and full size fridge.
Train station 5 min walk and shopping Centre about 7 mins with so many restaurants. We will be back

Clean, hygienic, spacious and fully self contained.
The reception staff were lovely, easy check in and free parking right out the front. And although you can cook to your heart's content in the room facilities, there's a Thai restaurant straight across the road where you can order online and pick up. I will be staying again!

Right from a phone call to make some enquiries about the location, the experience with this hotel was second to none. Tania ( hoping I got her name right) took my phone call, was able to answer my concerns about off street parking and location, and then remembered me when booking in 5 days later.
Her professionalism was exceptional, but so was all staff I interacted with.
The room was lovely, quite and with a great view towards the city skyline.
Clean, well laid out and a comfy bed.
The underground parking I booked was easy to find and without a problem.
All told, the stay was sensational and would definitely return, and highly recommend.
The only thing that could have been better would have been having Hawthorn win, but that was not to be that weekend.

Needed something close to hospital and it was just up road all walking distance as well as train station. Had everything required even quiet considering on main road. Nice neat clean even balcony

A client of mine recently stayed here for respite for 4 weeks. With a hospital visit and Covid isolation during the stay, the staff at Punthill were absolutely understanding and accommodating to all needs. Conveniently located near the health district of Heidelberg. Reception staff were very friendly. Rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. Price is very reasonable.

Very nice rooms and decor. Well appointed and good natural light. A short walk to a Burgundy St shopping strip with cafes and restaurants

Courteous, efficient staff. Clean, well appointed, modern & spacious rooms. Nespresso coffee supplied. Good little gym. Only a 5 min walk to Austin & Warringal Private Hospitals, 10 to the train station.& start of the shops & dining strip. Wi-Fi a bit slow, traffic noise unavoidable. Pricey but can't complain really...

I loved my stay here. Very safe and secure. Room was so much more than I expected. Fantastically clean. So much space and all appliances you could want. So quiet. Loved the balcony view. The bed was really comfortable, loved the decor, fresh and modern. Great service easy to book and close to some great Restaurants. Loved it so glad I found it, cant wait to stay again.

Fabulous Serviced Apartments with stunning 180 degree views over the eastern & south-eastern suburbs to the Dandenong Mountain range on the horizon. You can truly appreciate why this area provided such inspiration for the ‘Heidelberg School’ painters - some of whom remain Australian (of Western European Descent) most lauded & famous artists!

We loved our experience at the apartments in early December. Beautiful clean rooms and GREAT customer service from all staff we encountered. I booked several rooms and had some special requests and Kieran and the team went above and beyond to make it all happen. Thankyou all very much.

Very quiet and convenient location close to hospitals, great coffee shops, eateries, shopping and train station. All within walking distance - a solid walk back up the hill if you don't mind a challenge! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I loved the Ivanhoe Punthill Apartments. The staff were friendly & always helpful - were able to give great tips and advice and any question I had regarding my stay they answered and helped with promptly.

loved it so much for my short 1 week stay, I rebooked my next 4 week stay.

For a longer stay they put me on the floor with other longer stays so guests had minimal transfer of people on one floor. The apartment building itself was extremely safe in regards to locked floors and building access being locked when reception was not covered. There was reception from 7am to 8pm - so I felt extremely safe.They are also pet friendly, I had my cat stay & my dog - which the staff were awesome with and loved petting or doing an extra clean if I request it.
The location is brilliant- so close to Heidelberg train station (legitimately 10 mins walk) and had plenty of shops nearby. To get into the city via an uber is 15-20 mins! The rooms and facilities were clean, simple to use & accessible. Internet access was also amazing.

I highly recommend booking here for a no fuss, stress free and fully serviced stay. You have the perks of a clean (and cleaned daily) room with working kitchen (stove plus oven plus large fridge), staffed reception, and location for Melbourne.
Did I happen to mention that the staff were also pretty amazing and friendly? 10/10

Central to all I need. Rooms are great with lots of space. Wifi could be a bit faster. Love it.

Stayed here for a week for work. Had everything I needed for the week, but the standout aspect was the staff, particularly Bec, who turned my problem checking in at odd hours, into no problem at all

Could not have asked for a better place to stay, best place we have ever stayed the staff in Tamara and Kieren I cannot speak highly enough of them greeted with friendly smiles from the time we arrived till the time we checked out, nothing was ever a problem when we had questions to ask, also rooms very clean and comfy I will be staying again and I will be also passing the word around to family and friends 10/10 guys ty so much
