I’ve been training with Chris 4 days a week for 4 months. He was highly specialised in assisting me on my journey to become strong again. Chris went above and beyond and he was good to have a yarn to in between sets. I recommend him as a personal trainer for NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. He was kind, patient, understanding, motivating and adapted the program to suit my sensory and emotional needs. I have a lot of respect for the positive impact his work has on his community. Thanks Chris for all your dedication, you will be missed and have raised the bar for expectations for my next trainer.

This is the best gym I have ever gone too.....bar none. I love the atmosphere , people are welcoming and the owner and trainer Chris is the most informed and passionate person about health and fitness I am yet to come across.
