This is a paradise for ALL shoppers! You can shop for food, flowers, authentic local wine, souvenirs or just take a stroll, be stunned by the colours and vibes of this place like I did 😊 This is similar to not markets in Melbourne, but a lot more cleaner, organised and well planned shopping market!

I love this place. Everything SA in this market place. There are more eateries and seating space, perfect place for tourists as well as locals to do a fresh produce shop. 😉

Possibly the best market in Oz. If you love anything gourmet, this is the place to be. From cheese, spices, meat, fish fruit and veg you cannot beat it. As for food, possibly the best selection of Asian takeaways plus food from all corners of the world. If you come to Adelaide this is a must see place. There is a reason why it's a Adelaide institution 👌

The refurbishing of the arcade is very successful. It looks very cozy with a very beautiful Chinese features such as the indoor pergolas. They are furnished with carved chairs and tables. It give you the feeling that you just jumped in a real Chinese town. The place is very well organized and the food is great. The best food I have tried and liked so much there are the dumpling, the fried wings, kway teow and the wonton soup.

Great variety of fresh food. Good prices. Great location. I bought some scarfs and gifts at very good price.

Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, heaps of takeaway places, mostly Asian and interesting shops with shirts, printed tees, close to Rundle Mall

It's an institution and everyone should visit once. Been going there since I was a little girl and my parents used to take the family on a Friday evening to get the freshest fruit and vegetables for the week, as well as cheeses and cold meats. These days you can buy all sorts of wonderful food from local to international.

Great food, great atmosphere and god prices.

Love the markets! Great variety. Smells and atmosphere are wonderful! Great for a quick lunch in the food courts or meander for hours. Wonderful selection of herbs fruit and veg and loads more. Don't forget the red wine mettwhurst my husband loves it, and do try the fig and fennel home made bread loaf!

The falafel place is epic. Their beetroot dip is everything.

Beautiful market with plenty of fresh food. We enjoyed the sugar cane juice and requested thrm to make it with fresh ginger and lemon, the way it's made back in India and it was yumm. We took home iced shortbread for kids and some baklava. Wish we were living in Adelaide. My daughter used to go to the market in the weekends and put together a brunch when she lived there. Didn't get a chance to try the falafel.

Love it. Fantastic market for fruit, veg and a variety of common household groceries. Great selection of South Australian produce, giftware and more and many great eateries to try. Much loved by out of town friends also.

I just love the market 💗 The smells, the variety, the fun, the callers, the prices, the atmosphere, is all just fantastic.
Although it can get crowded, people are very aware of the keeping the distance if possible, sometimes it can't be, but most people who go there, make you feel safe to do so.

Awesome destination in the heart of Adelaide. It is home to not merely the best fresh produce from multiple growers, but also wonderful baked and artisan goods. Impossible to leave without indulging in a snack of some kind, and plenty of cheap books for the bookworms among us. Just take care not to plan your visit for a Monday, since the Markets are closed that day.

Monday isn't the best day to visit. Mañana should have more than a skeleton crew...
