Pablo's famous Japanese Cheese Tarts are absolutely delicious. Range of original, matcha and chocolate tarts are all worth trying. Be prepared to join the line of people waiting to try it, however the line does move pretty fast. The tarts are well balanced and not too sweet with are gorgeous cheese flavour. Best to eat while warm and fresh.

It’s nice having Pablo in Australia after missing Japan so much. Admittedly the tarts aren’t as fresh but that’s understandable since it isn’t as popular compared to Japan where they’re constantly sold. The chocolate tart usually is like a molten lava cake when fresh but when it’s put in the fridge it’s like a chocolate mousse so I can’t complain about it not being as fresh. It still tastes delicious

Tried the original cheesecakes the minis.
In Osaka, you can choose between soft and medium firm but no choice here. Alas, softer than what I prefer however flavourwise superior to Uncle Tetsu.

The cheese cake is amazing soft and creamy. If you dont really like the taste of cheesecakes usually, the matcha or chocolate tarts are really something else

A must try cheese tart! Personally the matcha flavour is best among the three but there is something for everyone.

The cheese cakes here are so good that will make you crave for more... so heavenly delicious!!! Was taking an early flight the next day, but they sold out the premium cheese cake when I tried to get them the night before... but the kind lady was happy to make a fresh one just for me... they just melted my heart... you’re legend!!!

I visited Pablo earlier in the year.They are originally from Osaka.The matcha cheese tarts were delicious, with the crusty pastry set against a matcha filling oozing with flavour Highy recommended!

Is was so good to be able to have another one of the amazing tummie cheese cakes after trying them in japan. Would highly recommend for people who like baked fresh cheese cake/tarts
