Dr John did a great job on my dogs right acl and he also took out a fat lump the size of a golf ball. To me its a wonderful vet and I felt other vets where letting me down on jobs they won't do. and don't have a relaxed way of talking to you about the operations. Took our two cats in for their vaccinations, staff were friendly, made us feel at ease. The vet themself was thorough and took every care not to stress our pets, treating them kindly. Truly a great experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just a fantastic group of professionals.

Our vet Emily was wonderful with Luffy! Nat at reception went way above and beyond helping us today with tons of paperwork and a conference call between Petraveler, my son in Finland, myself, Nat and at times Emily! Jasba Jones waited patiently in his pram with auntie Gaylene. Luffy did so well with Emily's expert care and attention! We're back at our holiday destination and the furbabies are doing exceptionally well! Thank you all so much! 😺😻

Receptionists always doing their best, happy and attentive to the clients. Even when I’ve seen them under fire from entitled, overbearing clients. The vets always listen, and give their time attentively. My dogs are always happy going in.

Very happy with our visit today to get our 12 week old Cavoodle Mitzi vaccinated. Staff and Vet all very friendly and we will continue to come back for future visits.

Plains veterans clinic gets a 5 star from us and our greyhound Quinn. Dr John is a vet that has a great knowledge of greyhounds and other animals I will now gladly travel the 250kms with both my dogs. The staff were friendly,polite and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We brought our greyhound, Layla, to see Dr John Katakasi, who is very experienced with greyhounds. Layla had toe amputation surgery as well as surgery to remove grass seeds from in-between the toes. Very happy with the service and treatment provided there.
