Quick service but, pricing is expensive compared to pharmacies closer to the city. Also, hearing the pharmacist saying "my bad" about missing a label doesn't invoke confidence...

My family and I recently moved to the area and I needed to stop in to the pharmacy and while I wasn't wearing a mask, I do have an exemption. There was one younger looking employee with blonde hair who rather loudly said "excuse me but you have to wear a mask in here, I can sell you one for a dollar if you don't have one". I feel that she could have asked politely come to me directly instead of shouting across the shop, which had loads of people in it, and asked me if I had an exemption rather than just making assumptions. Because I had my son with me, I didn't want to cause a fuss so I bought the mask and got what I needed and left. But she was just so rude about the whole interaction and made me feel so embarrassed. I worked in the medical industry during the height of the pandemic, so I understand that it can be stressful, but that is no excuse for rudeness and a lack of compassion! I think I will use this pharmacy as a last resort, but I will plan to mainly go closer to Adelaide if I need anything.
