Martini's customer service and knowledge about the products he sells is amazing, he will always be up for a chat and will be honest in what he recommends. There is a quality range of products to choose from and Martini helped my girlfriend and I get the best products for our own individual needs. Due to my looming New Year's resolution, I walked into this very unassuming little shop on Darling Street in Rozelle. I was immediately greeted by a very large, muscular man with an even larger smile. He immediately offered me a coffee and my dog a treat before delving into my supplement needs.
Martini is so knowledgeable about every item in his store that I immediately felt safe trying new products. His suggestions were based both on copious amounts of research as well as his personal experience. He will not recommend a product that he doesn't care for or believe in. You're welcome to buy whatever you like; however, he's not the guy to ask if those pants make your butt look big, because he'll tell you the truth. After I made my selections; he gave me some wonderful, valuable, not to mention delicious, new-customer, introductory gifts.
Beyond all of this, he has the most adorable office manager in a little poodle-cross that answers to Trinka. She charms all customers with her friendly and lovable nature.
I walked out of Magic Muscle with some really quality supplements, some valuable free stuff, a snack that I ate on the way home and the love and affection of a new four-legged friend. I will be returning many, many more times.

Went in and got great advice. Owner takes the time to see what your individual needs are and tailors it to your shopping experience. Works within your budget and helps you make the right choice. He will not sell you something you don't need just to make a sale and will advise you accordingly, even steering you away from a sale if its not related to your needs. Good, friendly chat and forthcoming with long-term first-hand industry knowledge.. Good selection of nutrition, free samples with purchase. Cute dog 🐶 great coffee ☕ firm hand 🖐 shake. Great store, the guy running it clearly isn't just a salesman, he's so passionate about everything there. It's a small store but he goes out of his way to make it welcoming. He had great advice, prices were decent. He really knows the products and knows what works well for each person.

Had a very fast answer after texting that I was out the back. Super friendly and honest, but more importantly, I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or anything.
