Hanabi Korean BBQ Restaurant

Hanabi has been my go to for over 10 years! Great meat selection, super friendly staff and electric atmosphere make this easily my favourite KBBQ joint in Sydney.

Pro tip: If you're planning on going there on a Friday night, make sure you get there a little early as it gets packed fast!

ngl loved the recommended meat quality, the fact that cooking on coals makes it taste better and late hours makes it bit more accessible.

The Korean food was better than I expected. Staff are quick and efficient. I would come back here again in the future. Just don’t order the fruit beers as they taste too artificial.

One of the besg kbbq joints in Sydney. Service is often impeccable, the food is insanely delicious, meat tastes fresh and the sides are brilliant. They have a wonderful menu, great selection of cuts and sides, great vibes outside and a lovely set up. Cannot recommend more.

The atmosphere makes me feel like I’m in Korea. (From what I saw in the Korean dramas ) The meat is very good as they are grilled over charcoal. But I don't like that they gave so little vegetables. How many rounds will I have to request? But I understand that they don’t want to waste. And The pork skin is da best!!

Great little Korean BBQ restaurant situated amongst many other Korean restaurants. Outdoor barbeque area at the back for a less smokey experience. One of the better Korean places in Sydney I’ve been to. Excellent service as well. Definitely recommended.

Authentic korean food, especially unlimited banchan. Wagyu beef is amazing, super tender. Also try soft tofu stew and steamed egg😍

This is one of the best KBBQ I've been to. It's a great restaurant to go to with a big group as they have an outdoor covered area at the back, you get a lot of side dishes and the meat was the star.

What I wanna say is, this is absolutely one of my favorite Korean barbecue restaurants. The barbecue and cheese corn are very good!!!
It is suitable for friends to have dinner together~~

The staff are very nice and providing. The floors were pretty oily and slippery, so just be careful of your step when going to the back of the restaurant. We ordered this chilli chicken pot. Looked and tasted so amazing. Was so fun eating from a pot like that. We also had korean bbq on the side too. Many different meats were on the menu and it was great finding something to eat at last minute and when it was late😊

Very delicious Korean bbq, the marinated beef rib finger is a must get, it’s really soft and they use charcoal grill so the flavor is great. A lot of side dishes and their stews are a great pair with bbq.

You need to come here early to secure a table if you have large groups, anytime after 6.30pm is considered peak hour.

Options to have Korean BBQ at the back or casual dine in at the front with hot plates toneat from.

Place is located at the intersection of the lights and main street in Lidcombe so better to park at the back streets (If luck you'll get parking within walking distance.)

Smoke filled dining area, the sound and smell of sizzling meat and real hot coals. This place is as authentic as it gets. Great atmosphere and great Korean food.

Always a great place to visit after work. Booking ahead or walking in, I felt attended to and assured a table. Once seated, enjoyed the service and being checked on appropriately. Love getting steamed egg and getting bbq with the intestines. Love that there is a variety of meats and will always come back.

Service is great. Food is perfect and definitely will have to get the cold noodles again! Thoroughly enjoyed it even though weather was cool, it will be perfect whenever is hot! Had BBQ before and it was also good. Food was fresh. Price wise it is not too expensive for Korean.
