Andrews' Shoe & Bag Repairs & Keycutting

Brought my leather satchel to Andrew with a broken strap (old leather had torn) and he fixed it brilliantly! He kept the original look, generally showed the bag some loving care and punched some more strap holes on the spot. A great service!

Fixed my heels fantastically, replaced the bottom of the heel part and some of the scuffed patent leather above them. They look much better and are properly wearable again! Cheap too

Andrew was super helpful, friendly and honest. He fixed the zipper of my much loved handbag in a couple of minutes, did a great job and didn’t even charge me, as he said it was my first visit and such a small repair. Very happy customer and I’ll definitely be coming back for any bag / shoe repairs in future 😊

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had my hiking shoes and winter boots (worth together around $700) that needed repair, before my trip to Tasmania. Andrew did an amazing job, they look like new and for a great price!! On top of that, Andrew is such a nice guy :) I will definitely come back. Highly recommend it!!!

Andrew was amazing. Re-soled my RMs for a fraction of the price elsewhere within a couple of days. Also polished another pair of my shoes for no charge.

I had the heel come off the back of a dress shoe, I took it to Andrew and he glued the heel back on, nailed it in place, nailed the heel of the other shoe just to be safe, and gave both shoes a fresh coat of polish all for just $10.
All done in about 10-15 minutes and a top bloke to boot.

I can't imagine you'd get a better deal anywhere else.

My wife's favourite carry bag zip failed. Have had it repaired by another place, and it failed again (3rd time). Decided to use Andrew's, and was pleasantly surprised. Bag repaired by the next day. Andrew showed me what went wrong. He fixed it by future proofing it. Andrew,'s customer service was amazing. Many other places should take some lessons from him. Well done.

Before and after photos of two pairs of senso shoes where the rubber part of the heel fell off (resulting in further damage to the heel component). Such a fantastic repair job including polish, so happy I’ll get so much more wear out of these boots!

Great experience and fair prices. If Andrew's not there you can leave your items with the dry cleaners and he'll promptly text you a quote when he's back! He was so quick and I got another text, with a photo of the repair, when it was ready for collection! I won't use any other shoe repairer as so happy with his service.

I left in a football boot to be repaired. Was fixed in less than an hour and cost very little. Excellent service, would recommend.

Recently Brought my Bally leather shoes for maintenance, first timer here. Andrew did a great job adding a new sole and heel and charged a reasonable price for good materials (topy, Bridgestone). He was also kind enough to do a quick on the spot fix on my daughters sandals with some glue and adjust my bag zip as well. Wonderful service and demeanour and will gladly return. Easy to park as well at 7-eleven.

Incredible service! My brand new LV shoe got a stain on it second time I wore it .Andrew was kind enough to spend time, give me a call and explain the situation, he is incredibly professional and talented. I finally got my shoe back with his brilliant idea . He fixed it with adding a star ( same as the design and the same colour) on the stain.
I had my shoe back ( like new) and didn’t have to risk the chemicals on it. It’s amazing how innovative he is.
