First time trying Sai Thong and it was delicious. The flavours are authentic and it’s a great menu. I’ve been to Thailand and these dishes taste just like Thailand. We will be coming back.

We just moved to Bexley North​ then we wanted to try all restaurant​s around our place. I was very surprised that the foods were very good. I'm thai and I know how the thai foods should be tasted​ like. Every things we ordered were amazing, really. Auntie​ Nora cooked for us and the fried​ rice tastes like my mum cooking.

#Deep fried​ tofu.... It's​ different​ from others but in the very good way, you will love the peanut and the sauce.
#Stir fry dry Suki Yaki(glass noodle)​.... It's not in the menu but I asked Auntie​ Nora to cook (on the menu is Suki yaki soup)​ It was very tasty and yummy likes street foods in Thailand.

Nice family friendly Thai restaurant that serves delicious traditional Thai food. Food is freshly cooked with fresh ingredients, from crispy vegetables to fresh meat and seafood in every dish.

Ordered Thai fried rice , chilli basil fried rice and cashew nut noodle, we all like the doses they were cooked very well

Chicken and money bags entrees are absolutely fabulous, Enjoyed the cashew nut, chilli jam stir fry. This is a must, Pitstop on the way to airport. Been here many times, always the best food, great value , and owner has biggest smile when you arrive,

Ordered Beef Pad Thai, BBQ pork, cashew chicken and fish cakes and the dishes were fresh and delicious. We over-ordered with a view to having leftovers but found it hard to stop eating because we were enjoying it so much. This will definitely become one of our regular food faves in Bexley!

Have been coming here for about 10 years now. Hasn't changed a bit in terms of quality of food and service. Always a good feed, highly recommend the BBQ pork, egg fried rice and deep fried ice cream. The Thai restaurant staples like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are also great!

This place is located very close to Bexley North train station (two minutes walk) and close to bus stops 410, 420, 420N, 491, 493.

The place itself while small, is very cosy and you do not feel like you're being squashed. It is very well suited for all occasions whether it's a casual night with friends, family dinner or a little date night. However, the space would be a bit tight if you were to bring prams or wheelchairs.
My one very minor complaint about the seating would be the sofa seats, the one I was on made me feel like I was shrinking down into the sofa a bit. All the staff there are extremely polite, friendly and easy going. They accept card payments without extra surcharge.

The food there is very authentic and unlike some Thai places that I have been to in the past, it is not overly salty and actually tastes delicious! The prices overall are fairly reasonable, however the seafood/prawns/duck options for their curries, rice, noodles and stir-fries are on the expensive side of things coming in at $18 whereas the regular chicken/beef/pork is $12.50. I opted for the beef Pad Thai and it was excellent. When presented it looks a bit small but it is very filling. They also have options for mixed vegetables which is $11 and fish which is $16. The portion sizes are also very fair and decent.

The entrees are also quite delicious, the satay chicken skewers (4 skewers for $8) were very small, however they were packed with flavour, was fragrant and was absolutely delicious. The soup that I ordered was the Tom Yum Gai ($6) was also very nice and refreshing. You can select the level of spiciness: mild, medium or hot.

Overall, I would highly recommend trying this place if you were craving some genuine Thai food without blowing your wallet. I would definitely come back here again to try out their other options.
