I had my eyes tested recently. Jessica was very professional and carried out a thorough examination on my eyes. Explained things in a way that made sense and I felt comfortable with the process.

I was then attended to by someone else to assist with the selection of new glasses and she was very patient with me. Thank you for all your help!

Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Apart from receiving new glasses when required, I have recently, on several occasions, sought help with eye lashes turning onto my eyes causing much discomfort. I was slotted in ASAP and the lovely optometrists have eased the problem for me

The optometrist was lovely and I felt that she listened to me and addressed any questions I had. When choosing the frame nothing was too much trouble the whole thing was a pleasant experience and I feel very happy with my selection, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, honestly the best service that I have every had in purchasing new glasses.

I highly recommend EyeQ Vincentia. The team are fantastic and the quality of their service is awesome. I went in for a Driving Licence Medical review and saw Anna who was exceptionally professional and I found her friendly comprehensive approach a pleasure. I then spoke with Bec who helped me update my sunglasses with my new prescription. Bec was wonderful and her insights and depth of knowledge helped me choose the best option for me. She was delightful and I am very pleased with the my new sunnies 😎
