YEHS Hotel - Sydney Harbour Suites

Had a long stay at the hotel for business + vacation. The location was good within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Town Hall.
Some of the amenities were dated but they served the purpose. The room was spacious with partition to separate the bedroom from the small living room. With a small kitchen, microwave, washing machine + dryer and two TVs, I think it's good value for my money.
Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall a good stay for me.

I didn’t know why the past customers had so bad experiences with this hotel, mine was great, or even amazing 🤩

Firstly, the staffs were friendly and one of them was Vietnamese which is my nationality 🥰 They answered all of my questions, and recommended me a nearby restaurant when i was starving 🥹

I thought my room were small as i had seen through past reviews, the Executive 2 Bedroom Apartment is so comfortable for 4 people, including 1 living room with TV, a kitchen with full of facilities (dishwasher, microwave, oven and everything you will need for cooking). There’s also washing machine and dryer for clothes as well, and you can ask for laundry powder whenever you want 👌

The 2 bedrooms were big enough for 2 people per room, the views from Level 16 were awesome 👏

The location is right next to bus stop, but it will take you about 5 mins to get to the train station.

However, it’s a bit old and some equipment will be broken sometimes; but this experience was worth the price i had paid 👏

Lovely accommodating staff, enabled me to drop bags and kids earlier. The room are spotless, facilities in the room amazing - view spectacular ! They have a lovely coffee facility at the reception. Easy 2-5 minute walk to train station, arcades, mall, DJ Myer etc. Check out the photos

Nice little place to stay, close to darling harbour and QVB/the galleries, so plenty of places to shop. There was a bit of construction going on and the room itself was a little small but did the job, one thing I loved was the bidet toilet.

Had a great time in Sydney with my wife. The YEHS Hotel in Sydney was located in a great spot. Easy walking distance to everything.

Room is clean, location very accessible to most of the places I want to go. Customer service is superb. Price is right and reasonable. Will come back next time and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is the best place to stay with Family and friends. We highly recommend directly with the hotel. Manager Bijay and Alicia in the front desk are so nice and professional.

Fantastic location and very good service from the staff, mainly Bijay (Manager), Kabita, Simran and Mark. The rooms need a renovation, the couch and rug have stains and the noise during the day, because of the renovations, is sometimes annoying.

Central location, staff very friendly and helpful especially Christin and Simran, they also gave us breakfast pack, will definitely stay here again.

We were surprised to find upon our arrival that we were staying in a 2 bedroom suite equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer with free washing powder.

It being essentially a self contained apartment, we weren’t expecting our room to be cleaned daily but it was, and to a good standard as well which was also a bonus.

We were also given free breakfast vouchers redeemable in the cafe next to the hotel.

I recommend this accommodation as an affordable and well located with all the amenities you could need.

What is not to like?!

Nice hotel and well laid out. Locality is by darling harbour. Loads of shopping pubs and restaurants nearby. We had a well resourced apartment with everything we needed. 2 rooms, kitchen, spa bath and double shower. There's a pool on the upper floor.

I stayed at the hotel last week for my business trip. The location was convenient and was at center of the city. The room was spacious and the staff service was amazing especially Bijay and Mina. I find the hotel pretty good. I would definitely come back again to stay at this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, they greeted me warmly and showed a genuine willingness to assist. Their professionalism and attentiveness surpassed my expectations. Amazing service from the Staff, spotless clean and spacious rooms. The manager on duty Bijay (12/2/23) was kind enough to give us a free room upgrade which was highly appreciated! Couldn’t recommend enough the staff were very kind. In an awesome location and great value! We will be back

Great location, spacious rooms, very friendly service. Alicia, May and Mark made us feel very welcome and gave us an early check-in (very appreciated after an overnight flight with little kids). We are beyond happy…

For a 4 star property it is pretty nice! The suites were spacious and the staff were friendly. Very clean. It's an older building but they seem to try and keep it maintained relatively well.
The bathrooms in the rooms need a face-lift though... quite cramped and the shower is wimpy.

Parking is $40 a night which is quite steep in my opinion and it's very cramped in the parking so if you have an SUV or larger, just take care.

All in all, I'd stay here again. It isn't luxury but good for its purpose. Love the location.

Lovely staff, rooms well equipped, very clean. Comfortable beds. Fantastic value for the location. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite for our 4 night stay, which has two massive smart tvs. Great wifi. The car park is very tight, but does the job. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment, but honestly fine, especially for the price, convenience, staff, and all the great things about this place. Would absolutely come back, and recommend!
