ComfortStyle Furniture & Bedding Osborne Park

We had a great experience at comfortstyle furniture Osborne Park store the staff were excellent and very helpful also the two delivery drivers were second to none great job done fellers

Initially I hadn't even planned to go to ComfortStyle but had been expecting to buy a frame from a shop that specialised in beds. I poked my head in, not expecting much. They didn't have a huge range of bed frames but the staff were pleasant and helpful and not pushy at all and showed me a couple of beds that seemed to fit my very specific requirements. Unfortunately the one I was interested was 7 weeks away on a ship. I did look elsewhere but no other bed shop had what I wanted so I went back to ComfortStyle, where I was quoted a price that was at a discount to the display price. I still didn't purchase then, but visited a day or two later after thinking it over, and a different salesperson was still happy to honour the earlier quoted discounted price so I paid a deposit.

I admit I was a little perturbed when I happened to look at the Invoice once I was at home to discover it was a Lay-By form and not an invoice at all. Therefore, please be aware that even if your item is not in stock and you have no guaranteed date-of-arrival, ComfortStyle will still require you to pay it off - this was not explained to me when I agreed to purchase and paid my deposit. If it had been a very expensive item I would have been unhappy about this, as I have heard of a couple of companies going bust in the Eastern States recently after asking their customers for full payments for items that never existed. So, I think ComfortStyle needs to be more upfront about the 'deposit' for an item not in stock actually being a deposit on a lay-by and not a standard deposit where the full price will be paid when the items arrives in stock.

Anyway, when the shipping was delayed further than 7 weeks and no one phoned me I got a little worried but at the 8 week point phoned to ask about it and was told it was another week away. I then asked them if I could change the size of frame I'd ordered to another size and they said that would be fine, which I was happy about and was very decent of them.

Again, no one actually phoned me when it did arrive - I waited another 2 weeks and phoned to ask, and the salesperson I spoke to then was appalled that I hadn't been informed it was available and ready for delivery. Once that got sorted, delivery and assembly was made at a time convenient to me and the delivery guys came when they said they would. The only other issue I had, apart from the lay-by issue, was that the assemblers did not leave the instruction manual or the Allen key behind when they left, which I didn't notice straight away. Someone at ComfortStyle then emailed me the instructions, but I had to go in-store to pick up a replacement Allen key, which was inconvenient as I don't have a car.

So I was tossing up between a 4 star and a 5 star rating - in the end I have gone for 5 stars generally as they deserve extra credit for allowing me to change the size of bed frame at the last minute, but with the caveats about lay-by and not being informed when my item had arrived, and not being left the instructions and Allen key (the latter which was the fault of the deliverers/assemblers really).

A really lovely and pleasant surprise. Great range of household furniture items. Great quality. Great prices. WA locally owned. And the staff are so lovely, helpful and approachable. Especially the store manager Joel. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

We found this store by chance and now will go back again and again. Jack helped us choose the right couch which is so comfy and divine.

They had a great range of furniture and I thought the pricing was excellent. I got well looked after by the friendly staff and they had most items in-stock which was very helpful.

Have just dealt with Amelia and the repair team to rectify a minor problem with two sofas which we purchased last year and have been blown away by their excellent customer service. We can highly recommend this Company. Even the pick up and delivery guys were very helpful and courteous. Many thanks to everyone.

I recently contacted Comfortsyle Furniture in osborne park and I spoke with Geoff from sales my enquiry was about buying a Wellington 6 draw tallboy they had advertised in store
He advised me that none were in stock and wouldn't be available again till June
But stated he would check all stores to see what he could do then get back to me

Geoff had the absolute best customer service and excellent communication and he was a champion he managed to find the product I was seeking and arranged delivery

My experience with ComfortStyle Osborne Park was enjoyable and stress free, I bought the Sofa within an 1/2hour of being in the store, Geoff was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal. Looking forward to the delivery and the enjoyment of a new sofa.

Fantastic shopping experience with Jeff and Neda. Delivery men were very friendly. Bedding and furniture are good quality with great prices. Jeff was very detailed and went through my options and budgets. Highly recommend. They even send another staff member, Jack to helped to put up our mattress as I am unable to lift it on my own. Awesome after sales service. We bought a bed suite almost a year ago that had a small issue. They organised the replacement of the defective parts and all was fixed in 2 days from my first phone call. Really happy and will be back when we need more.

Best employee every at the Osborne Park store! Guys name is Emre and he treated us so well. Had answers to everything we wanted to know and clearly knew every little detail about all bed types. Took care of us so well that we got more than we planned and for amazing value!

Jack, at Comfort Style Osborne Park, made the setting up of our new Perth base very easy. Purchased a king bed and mattress along with matching side tables. Wife reckons its the best sleep she's had, indeed having. Jack's knowledge, professionalism and understanding was first class.
