Beacon Lighting Moore Park

I went to the store last week and I was approached by the store manager Andy. He is very a knowledgeable and a humble person who cares his customers. Andy with his great patience helped me to choose the right ceiling fan and a chandelier within my budget and to my requirement. Highly recommending this store and the business to anyone. Cheers! 😊

We were sent to Beacon at Moore Park by our electrician, first home buyers with no idea and Nadja was incredible. She answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand the look we were going for, guiding us through our options all within our budget. Couldn’t thank her enough!

Liz was incredibly helpful with her advice on how we can fit lights in our living area. She provided alternatives and examples that other customers used in a similar space. Very impressed.

I shopped at Beacon Lighting in Moore Park on a very busy Sunday but still had room to move around safely and see each product. I expected to have more to choose from but the products on display were still quite nice and o found something to sit my needs. The casual sales assistant was nice and helpful.

Great selection of pendant lights, chandelier and fans. A bit over priced but good quality products.

I had the pleasure to work with Zac, i had a difficult order but he went beyond to help me out - after many calls they were still as helpful as they were at the start - thanks for your help!

Avoid the older Asian woman staff. She’s rude and nasty. I went to buy a rabbit ornament on Sunday and asking her questions about some light bulbs. She was throwing an attitude and moaning when I asked to check the sealed box of ornament to make sure it’s the right colour and not broken as I don’t have time to return them, if they’re not the right one. If you hate your job, then don’t work there. Why so rude to a customer who’s not even rude to you??

Not sure what’s going on but this is the most disorganised network of shops and unreliable service I’ve experienced in a while. Ordered lights, they didnt arrive so drove across the city to get them myself only to find (once home) all were the wrong colour and the colour I originally asked for very clearly was out of stock. Cost me $$ in Electrcian and a 2 days of stuffing around and still no lights. Would not recommend shopping here.
