Come here for Happy Hour for awesome half price cocktails, then order some food. Really generous servings. We had the calamari, truffle pizza, ragu pasta and the squid ink seafood pasta. Everything was delicious. I have been here a few times, sometimes the service is hit & miss but we had a lovely server this time.

We came here for dinner and we were served be Catalina - the best service ever. We loved the fresh oysters, pastas and pizza. They had live music going and it added a lovely atmosphere.

I was very impressed with Baia! I had a cancelled flight so no plans and arrived and was seated in a beautiful spot by the fire. The service was the best that I’ve had in a very long time! (Shout out to Kirill) He actually knew the menu and everything he suggested was amazing! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and great wine! I will definitely be back! I had the Crab, lobster and prawn ravioli which was perfectly balanced and the best vegan Ice cream dessert I’ve had.
5 stars for me! (This wine was perfect with my meal)

We could not be happier with the service we had last night. Every single member of staff went above and beyond. We had a million requests and were probably painful customers but nothing was too much for them. Michelle our waitress was especially especially helpful. We bought a million decorations for our bridal shower table and she even assisted us in setting everything up.
We are so beyond happy with the service and the food was exceptional!!! MORE than enough food for our group of 16, and it was absolutely delicious.

We visited Baia last year December in 2022 and were very impressed! We had to come back again this year Dec 2023!! The quality of fine dining, the amazing interactive service and the inviting ambiance is consistently outstanding and not one to disappoint! A Restuarant you MUST put on your list when visiting Sydney on your holidays! Here’s a few pics from last year and this year, and us with some of their loyal staff!

Booked for a Friday night and requested a table to watch the 9pm fireworks 🎇. Got a great spot and the food was amazing particularly the steak. We ordered oysters, steak and funghi pizza Yum! Service was great too. Consistent and checking we were ok with drinks and our food. Definitley recommend and would come back.

This one is worth every penny. The food is just excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and good fun. The view from this restaurant is just beautiful. Everything is just worth every penny. The chocolate mudcake is to die for! Will definitely come back here when we revisit sydney. Kudos to the incredible waiters Jack and Andrei! We chose the lunch special. Both the gnocchi and sirloin steak were very tasty. The lunch special was great value which included a drink. From the moment we entered the restaurant the staff were attentive and the service was quick.
Looking over Darling Harbour, people watching as we ate, was a beautiful break to our day. Well done Baia.

After seeing some of the previous reviews about the service been horrible but we decided to give it ago. We had a small group of people and found the service to be really friendly and were always looked after by the staff. It was a Friday night so they were fairly busy but found the attention to our table to be more than adequate. I personal had the calamari for the entree and then the spider ink spaghetti for a main. The servings were generous in size and really yummy.

Would happily come back again.

Spent 2.5 hours here and had a great 3 course dinner, it may seem like an expensive restaurant but for good reason the food was amazing. It melts in your mouth and the flavour combinations don’t over power each other. A well curated menu that deserves praise. They also had many gluten free options that worked well for my friend who can’t eat gluten. Highly recommend for dinner dates, family dinners, work dinner and social dinner. The atmosphere made the time even better as the restaurant is open facing to Darling Harbour. On top of that the wait staff were extremely friendly and professional. They made us feel welcomed. I hope if you come here, your experience is just as good

The hostess and overall waiters for our table, Georgia and Jennifer, were absolutely incredible. They made every minute so special. They are kind, caring and professional. Service like this is not always around, so when we get it, we relish in it. The atmosphere is very nice. Nice old classical Italian music. The food is good. The pizza is delicious.

Absolutely exceptional! Christian the head chef went out of his way not just once, but two nights running to cater for my allium allergy and it was so appreciated! Wonderful service by all the staff.

Service..we have allergies and the wait staff went above and way beyond in helping us find a delicious meal without our allergens. Bravo and thank you.

The food was tasty and the staff very helpful and polite ! Maybe I was waiting the pizza a bit bigger but it’s ok! I would definitely recommend it!

It was my first time dining alone solo and it took me over 1 hour to work up the courage to ask for a table for one. Something definitely drew me to Baia, and I am so glad it did! The manager smiled and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. He sat me down right near the bay so I can take in the beautiful atmosphere. The waiting staff made sure that I didn't feel alone. They constantly made the effort to see how i was doing, took my orders promptly and delivered the food quickly.

I ordered the lamb ravioli and it was to die for! I can not wait to return.

If you are into cocktails try their Apple Twist, I ended up having 3 and I think I stayed at Baia for at least over 2 hours enjoying my food and cocktails!

Will definitely be back!!!

Food was amazing as was our service.Michelle was a very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. Atmosphere is world class, an unbeatable view.

Of our four nights in Sydney, we chose to have dinner at Baia twice. The service and food were outstanding each time and the beautiful setting on the Harbour was amazing. Highly recommend!
