- When we arrived to told 4 people but then changed the plan to be 5 people and we asked staff if we could get a bigger table. The staff is very helpful and helps to organise the new table without making a face.

Food was delicious with fair price, just the portion sizes were small. Hard to find, inside the building. I was a bit surprised that they use fresh flowers for decoration. Was a good experience

Authentic Thai food with a focus on southern regional cuisine.

Atmosphere is low key (inside a mall). All the food was outstanding and original. The papaya salad was kne of the best ive had. Service was efficient. It's popular in the community.

Definitely not the standard fail-safe Thai kitchen. Which is a good thing

You say you want authentic Thai food, but do you really? Are you prepared to give up some of that fragrant complexity, turn the heat up and be subjected to the great white taste bud challenge? If you are still reading, you're probably not sure...dont worry, you ha e most of the menu here based in the familiar...its when you hit the chilli icons in the southern Thai specialities that things get tricky...I found them rewarding...you know, like running up a steep hill can be...if you're up for it..are you up for this?

As soon as you entered the restaurant, the asian flavours smell (fish sauce, shrimp paste, caramelised sugar and sizzling oil with aromatics) were prominently visible which was really attractive to me. Every dish here was delicious and seemed authentic. Medium spicy level but the food has a depth of flavour and quite balanced in terms of saltiness and sourness. Staff is attentive and friendly. Food arrived quickly after 5-10 minutes of ordering. We ordered several dishes to try and their portion size was good compared to the price. Would definitely recommend this place!

Second time here. Definitely our favourite Thai in Sydney! Authentic, flavours and spice are not turned down unlike most places (understandably to adjust to local tastebuds). As Southern Thai cuisine is known for being spicy, I would recommend that you request they turn a notch down if you can’t handle spice.

We had the Three Flavoured Fish ($18.9 for Red Spot Whiting), Spicy Red Curry with Beef ($20.5) and Fried Eggplant with spicy shrimp paste ($17.9).

Fish was crispy and tender inside, the sauce was amazing - sweet, spicy & sour. Could do the sauce itself with a bowl of rice.

Beef was spicy 🌶🔥, thick like a rendang and packed with flavours.

Eggplant was great especially with the shrimp paste - though the shrimp paste might be a little funky for some in terms of flavour. The raw prawns that come with the shrimp paste gives the dish a great texture and sweetness.

Service here was great as well - staff were super attentive and helpful.

Would return!

Really good Thai food. Enjoyed the tasty crispy fried barramundi (menu number 58: Pla Lui Suen) with chilli and lime dressing, red onion, mint leaf, coriander and lemongrass ($29.90). Also ordered the duck noodles (number 27) which were delicious ($23.90). Very nice staff and efficient service. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

We have been craving for Thai food for long and pick this top-rated one. It did not let us down! Pad Thai, BBQ pork cheek and the omelette were all amazing and the serving portion was very generous!

I was recommended by some of my Thai students to visit Caysorn in Haymarket. They assured me that I will not be disappointed. They were right 👍
I have been to Caysorn many times after that and surprised my family and friends each time. It's a Thai food that would delight you with the authentic flavours and ingredients.
Thanks guys for the introduction and also thanks to Caysorn chiefs and managers.

The restaurant is rather hidden but definitely popular so it'll be easy to spot with a lot of people queueing during dinner time.
Always get the fish, pork belly and the occasional green mango salad, refreshing, get your taste buds going.
I'd give the fish a 5⭐.
If you like unapologetic strong flavours, this Thai place is a must.

Do yourself a favour and go to this restaurant!
Also, do yourself a favour and don't ask for everything to be the most spicy 🌶😅🔥

The food here is absolutely delicious and great. We tried 4 dishes and all were tasty and recommended.
The nice touch is serving grapes at the end of the meal was great, and helped calm my burning mouth :)

Service is prompt and super polite as you'd expect from Thai people.
