I was dreading my visit to the dentist. The lovely receptionist recommended Lucy to me and I couldn’t fault her. She was patient, gentle, kind, very understanding, and listened to my concerns. I needed several fillings and the whole experience was easy. I didn’t even feel the needle! Hannah the dental nurse was also wonderful. Both girls were very knowledgeable.
It took me 2 hours to travel to the Barossa Dental Clinic and I can honestly say that the trip was well worth it!

Best experience I have ever had with a proper professional dentist and dental practice. I was always happy with where I had been before but had not been exposed to the excellence emanating from theis practice.It pays to do your homework and I am so grateful I was referred here by friends. Unwavering excellence is felt throughout - from the first booking, through the consultation and care pathway and even during checkout. Real professionals with a passion for what they do. It is an excellent team and that comes from the top down - a wonderful achievement I would hope to emulate in my own medical practice as an eye doctor. Kaitlyn took my call and was very reassuring, empathetic and kind from the beginning. She made me feel a lot less anxious about visiting. At check out, she also asked if I was OK as she took my call and wanted to check in. Dr Susan and her assistant were wonderful. The care and reassurance provided is what makes you excellent

Great friendly, professional service. From the initial phone contact, to reception and the practitioners, I was not disappointed. And being a BUPA preferred Dental Clinic, the pricing was the best I have had in 50 years!

Complete professionalism including a calm and 'gentle' environment! Jodie, the hygienist, I have seen on multiple occasions, is super impressive, not 'pushy', has a gentle touch and is a good educator. I do not ever mind going to the dentist when I know I am going to be in 'Jodie's hands'. I saw Dr. John Schaefer for the first time and I am most grateful and appreciative with his approach to my issue. He is on top of the latest research and willing and able to explore multiple options with you. I felt 'helped'. I felt empowered and now...I have some hope for a pain-free future, too. I left the practice feeling most impressed and appreciative...THANK YOU.

I was there today and as a nervous patient with some dental mishaps in the past, was quite apprehensive. I was treated patiently and carefully. All my questions were answered. I had quite a major filling but there was no pain. My dentist’s name was Susan. Thank you for a positive experience!

Staff are very friendly. My dental experience is always awesome and painfree. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust the dentists and my hygienist and their knowledge and expertise. The premises are modern and light and airy, and it's relaxing being there. My health fund (usually) covers 100% of the cost of the work being done too, so that's an added bonus !

Amazing! I'm not a regular at the dentist. I chipped my front top tooth and Dr Jensen did an brilliant job fixing it. Couldn't be happier. Looking forward to going back for a clean and a mouth guard for my grinding that caused the initial weakness that a piece of fishing line took advantage of. Thank you team Barossa Dental!

Words cannot describe the ultimate care and expertise of this practice that i have not ever seen in 46 years!!!!

Barossa Dental take a Case Management approach and diagnosed issues that all other dentists had ignored or simply not had the skill to treat.. From the Dentist (Dr Tamara) to the expert Hygienist (Dr Jodie) to the Cosmetic Specialist (Dr John) and the superb Endontist specialist and referrals to the best in the business Periodontists. I feel confident to demand the best care for my teeth and dental needs rather than just trusting anyone. I feel a little nervous moving interstate, but i truly have felt that the whole team at Barossa Dental have gone above and beyond in their care and they have given me confidence and information I need to find a new practice. Dentists and practices like Barossa Dental are incredibly rare. Even better - there was no Barossa Tax and they were incredibly affordable and up front in their charges.

Absolutely fabulous dental practice from making the appointment to the treatment was not only professional but personal. I has some emergency dental work that sorted my issue, I can now continue travelling. A special thanks to Lucy for your thoughtfulness and follow up.

This place is amazing, I'm scared of the dentist and they kept me calm, made sure I was 100% numb before starting root canal procedure, I can no recommend this dental clinic enough
