Great experience with Barossa 4x4 and the team. Had a new LR fuel tank fitted to my new Ford Ranger and they did a great job at competitive price. They found minor issue with the tank before fitting and although not a big issue, were adamant in getting it corrected before fitting. great communications and really nice to have the use of the loan car. Will definitely use them again.

I came into Barossa 4x4 & Outdoors on a Saturday morning in a panic due to my rooftop tent malfunctioning, nearing falling off my canopy, and I was due to drive to Darwin on the Sunday.
Brian from 4x4 was exceptionally kind enough to help me re-align the rooftop with correct washes and tighten the bolts to ensure it was safe to hit the road. The store was very busy and he persisted by giving me an hour and a half of his time between serving other customers to do the job properly. I can't thank Brian enough, I 10/10 recommend these guys to anyone!

Thank you Brian and team - you squeezed me in ( even though you were booked out) and repaired my Mercedes Sprinter motorhome ( starter motor) and did a thorough service. I now feel very confident and happy to drive to far north Qld.

Very long waiting time for installations and fitments.

Shocking business! 15k tray supplied wrong and has refused to do anything to fix it. Damaged my brand new car while fitting the tray and denied it. Didn’t calibrate the sensors they moved causing my vehicle to be unroadworthy. Refused the small business commissioners office proposal to help find a resolution.
I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere! Horrible experience!

Edit: I approached the small business commissioners office but you declined mediation, I contacted you one on one before having to do this because to my descriptive emails I had one sentence answers that got us nowhere

You have the photos of the damage to my car, a brand new car at that

If google reviews allowed photos you and I both know you’d be deleting your response.

I have no choice but to use the tray you have provided, but I would hate for someone else to purchase a new vehicle, and give you $15,000 and basically be told too bad for something you incorrectly sold.

(I’ve also had a fantastic workshop rewire the subpar wiring job for the tray so it doesn’t get ripped out easily, and had the fob connected to the tray locks which you told me couldn’t be done…. And it’s done) avoid this workshop if you value your vehicle!!

Not great costumer service, went back and tried to get an issue fixed that they caused, wouldn’t help or fix it.
Resulting in the product falling off and breaking.
