Coffee is ok, warm but not hot. This place always lacks staff. Unfortunately for them, there are a few other fuel options Nuri now.

(Not) Happy Wash Review. Had a "Deluxe" wash. Does NOT remove:
- Bugs
- Road grime
- Bird poo

I'm glad it was a freebie and that I didn't actually pay $15.50 for it. Apart from surface dust on the rear, it looks as dirty now as it did before I drove in.

All I wanted was a car wash. OTR want me to download their app then give them my credit card details. All for a single car wash. These guys are up themselves.

The staff in the servo said that the prices advertised could only be paid if you ordered on the app. Really bad attitude when there computer overcharged the transaction. Subway manager was extremely rude and she clearly did not want to be there! Receipt not given or offered! This crew should have just stayed home today!

You would think when it's the morning rush you would have someone on that isn't slow waited 5 minutes for a coffee line was nearly out the door and the other guy was to worried about temp checking I think that could wait till all of your costumers are served it's called costumer service!!!! And maybe a hair cut so the guy is not always pushing his hair away from his face and not Washing his hands after!!!!!! Get your act together guys .. also make the coffee hot not warm......

I use OTR only when there is nothing else available. I hate having to go to the Nuriootpa OTR. Never enough staff at what would be busy times of day. So many times staff don't know how to use the lottery machine. A busy store with usually one staff member; petrol, cigarettes, food, coffee and one person is expected to do all the work. No wonder they can build so many and a flash race track.

Went to OTR nuriootpa tonight at 11.30pm. What a joke no one in shop. Yelled out 2 times to get some service and no one came. You missed out on $80. Not a good way to keep customers. Pick up your game. Won't be surprised if people steal from you guys tonight cause your staff member on tonight won't come out and serve
