We had the pleasure of working with Australian Piling Experts on a beach side property at Patonga, NSW for the construction of a new two storey luxury home.

As you will see in the photos the entire block was very loose sand & we had the difficult task of building a suspended concrete slab. It wasn't easy but having guys like APE on your side makes the world of difference.

Piling Experts have done good work for us - our first project working with them. From tendering, to delivery and install - even with tight access on site, everything has been handled well. Ramy has been quite accommodating, which is not too common these days. Great guys to deal with.

This is the first time using screw piers and I can say that it will not be the last time. Ramy was very helpful and imparted great knowledge and advice regarding this particular job. I am grateful this first experience with screw piers has been so easy. Ramy and Hany has been able to organised their crew to do an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. At the end of the day you just want to job to be done on the schedule date and done right. Attached is a picture of the crew installing the screw piers, and the end result before they were cut down to ground level. Good work guys.
