I had a really good experience in Burwood Dior. The lady who name is Else was so lovely, introducing all the fragrance to me and I finally got my first fragrance which is Sauvage EDP. Amazing services!!!

Great products and big range. Finished my Xmas shopping in Burwood Dior store. Lovely lady Elsa. Will go and see her again.

Very rude staff, not happened once but many times. Been there just to look and got some side eyes from Asian ladies there. For anyone who wants to purchase Dior just go to the Myer store in Pitt St. city store one, the makeup artists there are way more professional and could even match your foundation within few seconds.

Terrible staff today 15/3/2024 3pm. Dior should re-check their recruitment as the two working when I came were rubbish. Probably can’t afford anything themselves by the way they did their makeup☠☠ (terrible). But they judge everyone who steps foot in the shop to actually BUY the products.

Such a unprofessional staff, I recently bought gift set and dior prestige toner, but when I get home opened it was lotion. Lady who's name Ann, such poor service how she changed the product. She told us new has out of stock then she said we have old one but itbis lotion. It is difficult for us to visit again it is wasting time. Tried to call but it has failed.

This ladies who worked at Burwood Westfield were extremely RUDE. Very Poor Customer Service. She work for a branded name cosmetic and she yelled at customer to leave the store. No proper training. She claimed to be a manager but refused to provide her name. Well, Stay at home if u don’t know how to serve customers. Dior did not pay u to treat ppl badly. Acted like she owned the store. Very disrespectful and very inappropriate manner!

Don’t buy from here if you don’t want to get harassment. The asian girl was extremely rude and will only nice to you if you are rich. Just by seeing her facial expressions it can clearly tell that I am allowed to touch the products.
Very unfriendly to me, the recruitment teams should have check before hiring her.
Never come back again.

I was there on christmas eve day to buy gifts. But staff, Mimi and another one, was not helpful for me. I asked where is cotton pad and remover because i put products on my hand and wanted to remove. She point to the drawer and said, open it and there is cleaning alcohol wipes? I double asked it is alcohol wipes, i am looking for make up remover. She was very angry pointing another drawer again and very bossy said to me rubbish bin is in the corner Okay 😲
I am a big fan of Dior beauty products and perfumes. Never happened to me kind of this disappointment service. I just wanted to buy products, but they changed my day on Christmas eve day!!!

Terrible service.
I went there to ask for a foundation tester but the staff member over there was not friendly at all.
The store just open not long ago but should be shutting down soon becase of her rude attitude.
