What a fantastic meal. We had the Xmas function platters.
The atmosphere was laid back and the staff were so friendly and catered to your every need.

There were no vegan options, but they kindly made me a pasta I could eat. I've had few memorable meals and this was one of them for the fresh and quality ingredients. Delicious 😋

We had lunch for 8 at the Blue Wren farm. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. Simon was our waiter and he really made the experience with the descriptions of the food. The instant camaraderie between us as guests and Simon really makes us want to come back again. Thoroughly recommend this for a long lunch for a group of people. Great choice of wines to go with the food. The only thing I would add was coffee as this isn't currently available.

Had a wonderful Sunday long lunch with the beautiful Nagi and her dog Dozer. The food was great, the wines were excellent, the setting was first class and the staff of the Blue Wren Farm made the whole even very enjoyable, I can recommend this location for any future functions you may consider, wedding, or just relaxing.

Amazing food. We got a bunch of share plates and there wasn't a single dish that was disappointing. Every single one was delicious. I love it that the menu is seasonal, but it does mean it changes. The highlight for me was the foccacia with the olive tapenade but it may not be on the menu when you read this! Great service as well.

The only downside is the main room is very noisy. So if you're with someone who is hard on hearing, it might be best to try to sit outside.

We had our wedding at Blue Wren Farm and it was phenomenal. The staff were absolutely amazing to work with, venue itself was stunning, the accommodation on site was also lovely. I can’t wait to visit Blue Wren again. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so special.

We had a special 60th wedding anniversary at Blue Wren Farm, the food was amazing and very memorable. The table service was commensurate with a fine dining experience. The Zero alcohol bubbly was overpriced however everything else was in line with expectations. It was a great lunch.

Long long lunch with the best of friends couldn’t have happened in a place with a more beautiful setting, more fun loving service staff or more sensational food. We took the “feed us whatever you think” option and everything was delicious.
A magical memory and an absolute reason to head back to Mudgee asap. It’s the winery experience of your dreams. Run don’t walk. 👏💛🙏🏻👌

Liked the menu. Great places to sit outside and enjoy the views over the hills and vineyard. Inside seating had good air circulating fans. Share plates delicious. Menu not too rich or fancy but presented good beef, chicken, lamb and pork in simple but delicious ways. Enjoyed the local wine too!

We had a birthday lunch on Saturday the 17th and had a brilliant experience. The food was exceptional for the price.
Simon looked after us and could not of been more hospitable, he went above and beyond to make our day 10/10.

Great Food, service spot on. Worth a visit if going near Mudgee. I will be back with all my family.

I recently visited The Barn at Blue Wren with friends and family for dinner. The food was fantastic. I'm still thinking about the cutlets! It has a great atmosphere that works for both adults and kids. I can't wait to go back and stay in the cabins.

Kyle and I got married at the beautiful Blue Wren in April 2021. We couldn't be happier with the staff and venue. It was the most amazing day and the venue played such a major roll in ensuring our day was perfect.

We would like to extend our thanks to you all for everything you did to make our day so perfect. You were all so accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived in Mudgee. It's a credit to you all just how spectacular the venue is; we loved every bit of it and received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the venue was.. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to make sure our day was just how we wanted it, we loved the extra little touches you did to ensure our day was perfect. Many of the guests also commented on how lovely all the staff were, they particularly loved the way you guys interacted with everyone. We also appreciate all the little things you did in the weeks leading up to the wedding, it made our lives so much easier.

We would definitely recommend anyone looking for the best venue to get married to come and see you guys at Blue Wren. You made our jobs very easy in terms of the setting up and packing up of the venue, it was so efficient and seemed to take no time at all. The farmhouse accommodation is absolutely stunning, it feels so homely and is decorated and decked out to perfection. It was the best spot for hosting our recovery breakfast and everyone commented on how wonderful they thought the house was. My (now) husband and I had the most incredible experience on our wedding day at Blue Wren. Aside from how stunning the venue is, Sophie, Tessa and the team were amazing throughout the whole planning and execution process. Our day was absolutely perfect and the team at Blue Wren played a huge part in that success.
We were lucky enough to be able to use the Farm House for the bridal party to get ready at and I must say it was just perfect, beautifully styled, clean, the beds were so comfy and we had a delicious local sourdough waiting for our arrival. They really did think of everything!!

I have photographed a number of weddings at Blue Wren Farm and have loved every wedding I have done there.
The entire wedding day from start to finish can happen onsite, which is awesome. There is onsite accommodation available with a large house on one side of the property and some glamping tent available for your guests.
Wedding ceremonies take place in the garden area and it is easy to walk around the property for wedding photos afterwards.
The wedding reception takes place in "The White Hall" which is a high ceiling white room with dark industrial style framing. And the staff are wonderful and really friendly at Blue Wren. Great place for an elegant country wedding.
