SHEIKE Burwood

Good Evening
I visited sheike today and the lady who served me had lovely manners. She went out of her way to help me look for a top to match a skirt for a upcoming birthday. She was so polite to me and other customers. This has been the best service.

Thanks to your lovely sales assistant for helping me find a dress to wear to a wedding. I came in initially to buy a dress I saw online, but after trying the dress along with a different coloured version, I wasn't set on getting it. However, Alessandra was lovely and offered to get me a few different types of styles to try on (noting my preferences) and ended up helping me find a lovely dress. I didn't want to burden her since it was near closing time but she kept reassuring me she was happy to help. Thank you so much Alessandra and can't wait to shop at SHEIKE again.
P.S. I also noted how patient and friendly she was with another customer who was very difficult and rude to her; bonus points for her customer service.

I came in for a last min shopping almost at 6pm, Nadia was being so helpful and lovely, offering all the help she can to make sure I’m well taken care of, I used to be on a retail industry and not much people would do extra mile but she can. Very happy and I got more than what I was planning for hahahaha

I’m a regular at sheike burwood and am always served by a scarfed young lady, her name is Amna. she works there on Thursday nights and this girl never fails to make me feel my best and body confident when I come in. Her bubbly personality makes me a returning customer, I always hope to see her when I come in!
