Ordered flowers for my mums birthday. They arrived on the requested day and as looled as good as the photo online! Fast and friendly service!

Ordinary and disappointing. We ordered a deluxe "Sunrise" (code FMBIR01) for my Mum's birthday. The standard version pictured on the website looks a whole lot more generous than what was delivered. What Mum received definitely wasn't deluxe. Further to that, the card that came with the flowers had been used to make notes so one side had the message we'd asked for and the other scribbled notes from another order. Tacky and expect better; will look elsewhere next time.

Ordered flowers over the phone for my sister. I was told they could be picked up until 5pm that day, but my nephew arrived just after 4pm Friday to find everything closed. Not open on weekends, and did not respond to my voicemail asking for a refund. Terrible service. Avoid.

We ordered flowers for a family member in Perth using their website. They took payment and didn't deliver until a day later than requested. Then 2 days later another payment was taken for a different amount so this was not simply a duplicate payment. 2 emails have been sent and no reply. When we ring they either don't answer or say the owner is not there or silence.

The flowers were probably delivered on the right day but they were hidden in a bush, so well that not the recipient, not her hisband, not the three kids (aged 17 to 10) noticed them!!!

I asked to print a personalized card on a plain A4 sheet - it was the 50th birthday of a dear friend of mine - and they did. In black and white...
A few years ago I was so happy with them, now the customer care doesn't exist. Very sad. Never a reply to my 3 e-mails.

Tried to place an order to be delivered to a suburb near them where they where very happy to help yesterday, and then when I called back to confirm today, suddenly the staff seemed to be bothered by my call, seemed to have an attitude and all these issues appeared.
They wouldn’t complete this order within my budget, they didn’t want to complete this arrangement due to the style is not theirs and they didn’t want me to send an email for some reason! Apparently it was broken or something....how confusing and difficult to work with.
Pretty poor service for the cut flower industry is a luxury service, no wonder people don’t want to buy direct with that kind of service!

There is no Magic in this establishment and no empathy for customers who have loved ones laying ill in the Joondalup Hospital. Tried to place an order for family member, who had just had emergency op. Called at 9am and requested arrangement to be delivered to the room by 12 when awaking from recovery. Much to my disgust, Flower Magic apparently were far to busy to walk "10 mins" to make the delivery within the hospital.
Very poor service

Called a mobile florist "Thinking of you" and they went above & beyond to carry out my request. They sent a photo of arrangement and sent a message when arrangement was hand delivered to the patient.

Bought a corsage for my younger brother's partner at his Year 12 ball and the diamantes were not placed within the flowers, but rather outside, facing downwards. The corsage itself also was placed on the strap the wrong way, as the stems of the flowers were facing towards the hand instead of along the wrist band. Very disappointed.
