Incredibile customer service from all staff, particularly Selena who worked hard to ensure that I did not leave the salon until my hair was perfect, particularly as she did a colour, treatment, wash and blow dry for my wedding which was the following day. She came highly recommended from my mother in law who is a repeat customer, and she did not disappoint. 10/10 service, I’m very happy 😊

I had my first appointment with Alan roughly 4 months ago when I was visiting from Queensland and had a Colour change and hair extensions and absolutely adored my experience and ended up booking another appointment when I moved back down. Today I had some foils and shadow root done by Alan and hair extensions applied by Amy and let me tell you I’m absolutely blown away by the results. You cannot even tell I have extensions in that is how much the colour matches. I am so happy with the work and Alan and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I won’t be letting any other salon do my hair now. Thanks for a great experience!

Alan and Steph were great. I went in wanting an overhaul, they spent time running me through all of my options and I left feeling really happy with the colour and condition of my hair. Would definitely go back!

Guys, you might seen of bad reviews from 2 people (Ladies), they are write the reviews today 2 january 2024 in the afternoon. Please don’t listen or don’t even read their reviews.
I am the witness of what happened today, the ladies they are very wrong, they don’t want to listen to what Professional say, I heard what Professional hair dresser said to that lady, but she is very stubborn, Professional hair dresser explains everything very good and clearly and of course he knows what he is doing, that lady tried to forced him to cut her hair, the Professional hair dresser was explaining that she don’t have enough length for the hair style she want, and I think if she didn’t like it she gonna blame the Salon.
The professional hair dresser was very right, he don’t want to ruining her hair, but she keep arguing with him, and they are very rude.

I just be honest because good people at Alan Coban Salon don’t deserve have rude client like them.

I had a great experience yesterday at Alan Coban. Celine took care of my hairs with a hair cut and treatment and coloring. She had to stay over time as I booked late but she was very warm and friendly whole time.

Amazing customer service!! Monica and Alan took care of me the entire day and I am so grateful for how beautifully my hair turned out. We started out with a consultation to discuss the best style and colour for me. Not only did they talk me through the whole process but from start to finish they executed each step with care and precision.

I am so thankful for Monica’s service and dedication to ensuring that I achieved the best possible outcome. I never thought I’d enjoy being turned into a tin porcupine, but after the hard work she put into carefully placing millions of foils in my hair - I have to say, it was an quite enjoyable experience. Not only did she take care of me but she also tended to all of my needs, offering water and carefully ensuring my ear piercings wouldn’t get caught in my hair.

Each of the other employees that helped wash and dry my hair were so helpful and funny as well that it made the hours of staying there enjoyable - rather than eyeing the clock every two seconds waiting for the moment to bolt.

Not only Monica but Alan’s dedication to detail is definitely a feat in its own. He took that extra step in ensuring that my hair looked as natural as possible and advised me about which shade of hair would best suit me. His attention to detail is out of this world and you can truly tell that he wants to make sure that each of his clients leave the salon fully satisfied.

I have never experienced such great customer service and skill in all my years of visiting hair salons. Will definitely be visiting again!! Trust me on this guys, if you’re looking for the ultimate quality of care and expertise in handling hair, this is the salon for you. You will not regret it.

Brilliant! I am absolutely star stuck and in cloud 9 by the cut and colouring results. I wanted a new look for my B'day on Jan 1st and Alan personally consulted and serviced me. This was my first time here and I was initially sceptical. However, when Alan consulted me I knew that he was an absolute professional and the best. I have never ever been this happy with my hair makeover. Excellent personalised services. Highly recommended.

Céline was amazing!! I went in not knowing 100% what I wanted but Céline was incredible at helping me talk through my reference photos and asked lots of questions to find the best solution for me and my hair. She went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! :)

I had my haircut today with Alan. I have had so many haircuts yet it never felt right or sat well.

My hair is very thick and short and wherever I went it was too difficult to cut.
Alan is a very highly skilled hairderesser who took the time to analyse the issue and work with my hair.

It was my first time visiting this salon. I went in and Alan did my consultation straight away. I showed him some photos and he gave me a price which was very affordable! Monica was my hairdresser. She was incredible, I had a full head of foils and a toner and she really took her time and was so friendly and welcoming. I am so happy I chose this salon and will never go to another salon other than Alan Coban again! Honestly if you are trying to look for a hairdressers and dont know who to choose, LOOK NO FURTHER. I just had to share my amazing experience at this place! I was so bummed after a bad haircut from another salon, but Alan totally saved the day. He's seriously a hair cutting master and knew exactly what I wanted. He even gave me some great advice on how to keep my hair long while fixing it up. I'm beyond happy with the end result and can't wait to go back!
