The head store store man also steps in as is happy to help where ever girls are busy to provide prompt service.

I shop mostly via phone as i don't live in Sydney. No matter who answers the phone the customer service is fantastic. Delivery is fast. No matter how big my order is they take the time to talk to me over the phone. And the times I am in Sydney and have shopped in person customer service is fantastic aswell

Great variety of colour companies. I love that I can get EVERYTHING I need from one place. The ladies at the front counter are always so funny and helpful! Colour charts there too for reference guides. It’s my #1 hair supplier! I travel half an hour out of my way to go here but it is worth it!
