I first engaged the services of Anthony Busuttil as my solicitor approximately 12 months ago, to manage my complex workers compensation claim, after transferring from another firm.

At my initial appointment, due to past experiences, I had made the decision before attending my appointment that I wanted a no nonsense, straight shooter lawyer who could handle the pressure of being interviewed and put on the spot by another professional, that was direct and to the point. I outlined my frustrations and the many challenges that I was facing with my claim. In response, Anthony remained professional, patient, and supportive. He took the time to explain in detail the process moving forward, calming my anxieties. From that point on, I knew that my matter would be handled with care.

Since our initial meeting Anthony has managed every aspect of my workers compensation claim. He has and continues to answer my questions and address my concerns. From the outset, Anthony has been honest, upfront, and realistic with me on what to expect, and when. Part way through my claim Anthony gained employment at Rudall and Rudall Lawyers. Due to Anthony's professionalism, he did not disclose that he was moving law firms. However, with the help of the law society I was able to successfully obtain Anthony’s new employment details, and subsequently followed him with my matter to his new firm. This is a testament to the trust I have in Anthony, and his ability in managing my workers compensation claim.

Anthony managed all aspects of my TPD claim which was successful. I had minimal involvement in my TPD claim; and when I did have questions, I found Anthony to be knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. I am extremely pleased with the successful outcome of my TPD claim, as it could have gone either way. Anthony has been invaluable and has far exceeded my service expectations and claim outcomes thus far.
