Bill Scott's Seven Ways Butchery

We’re regulars here for all manner of cuts but had the meatloaf recommended to us last time and it sure didn’t disappoint. Easy to prepare and enough for two dinners we’ll definitely be grabbing it again over the summer.

Came in a friend's recommendations for their burger patties and they sure didn't disappoint. Great cuts of meat, loved the teriyaki steaks, chicken schnitzel (kids loved it) and burger patties. A little on the pricey side but well worth the quality. Bill and Logan are so friendly (ask them for advice!) and I'll definitely be back.

Just had 2 beautiful aged scotch fillets and they were the most tender steaks I’ve ever eaten! Also had some thin beef sausages made at the shop and they were very lean and tasty.

couldn't recommend this place any highly. the meats, as well as the staff and the service, are 10/10.

Proper local friendly service. Always seem to have a fresh and seasonal collection. I was recommended the lamb loins today and they were absolutely mind blowing with their own herbs, bread stuffing and apricot. Small selection of fresh veg as well if you’re ever looking to complete the meal.

Probably some of the best Eye Fillet I have bought in a while!
They also do some great sausage rolls and variety of meaty goodies.

Lovely little butchers shop at Seven Ways, Bondi. Very friendly, helpful and willing to take special order of goat for coming curry night. Great service, recommended.
