Excellent Rest Stop,
Toilets
Playground, picnic tables, a Dump Point for caravans, RVs and Campers (NO SIGNS) BUT we happened to come across it looking for BiNS.
Pity people and truckers cant put rubbish in the bins as they are chained too tight to even fit a Choc Oak drink in.
Someone should employ someone just to clean the rubbish all through the gardens in the Truck Parking area, so messy with waste/litter/plastic bottles/milk cartons, etc
And a GOOD DISSINFECT as the gardens stink of URINE !!!
*Noisy REFRIGERATED TRUCKS RUN OVER 65dec with motors running ALL NIGHT, You wake up FEELING UNRESTED AT TIMES.
Trucks SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN STOPS OR STRICTLY USE TRUCK STOPS.
*A REST STOPS SHOULD HAVE HOT SHOWERS.
Councils are SQUANDERING and pocketing the Funds they are given to upkeep OUR Towns, **they ALL NEED SACKING...

One of my regular stops when heading north. My Mutt loves the place, enjoys checking out all the trees.
Great place to have a short break.
Always busy with travellers & truck drivers.
Mobile Coffee van would be a great idea

Easily accessible rest area for both north and south bound traffic, with plenty of parking for cars and vans/trailers/trucks. Toilets were OK at the time.

Very clean. Large area though have to leave highway for slip road

Great half way stop from SYDNEY to Queensland. Very well set out. Good flat surface. No trucks the night we stayed. Off the A1 about 500mtrs, good direct route.

Big area with heaps of room for everyone. Toilets have stainless steels seats... bins provided, trailer and bus parking. Sheltered picnic tables. Some parts are close to the highway. Dump point and grass area for tents.

Clean Toilets

As you can see from the drone shot, the truck parking had been taken over by caravanners, so Council has changed the rules. No vehicles under 12t GVM are allowed to park in the truck zone, and a 4h limit applies to the rest, so overnight parking is no longer an option.

Best place for truckers, motorhomes and RV's. Nice and quiet rest area for a long sleeps.

Good rest area, clean toilets was the best.

Not alot of toilet only 4, alot of family's there having a break letting the kids stretch etc,and their pets.
