Eagle View Escape

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was fantastic it was super cosy in the rain and the view was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating helping me out when I made a booking error. I highly recommend this place to anyone you won't be disappointed.

We spent a few days here after our wedding 20’years ago and this year decided to return. Eagle view didn’t disappoint. Perfect for an adults only get away - perfectly quiet, lovely views and not having too anyone else for pretty much the entire stay! It was exactly what we needed to recharge and reconnect.

Amazing stay! We booked a spa cabin and it was perfect. Private, gorgeous views, and full of thoughtful touches. I was worried the corner bath might be a bit small as my partner is 6’5”, but it was more than big enough. We fell asleep to clear, star-filled skies and woke to bird song and kangaroos on our doorstep. Fantastic escape from Sydney and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Valley View Suite. We loved the signage’s once you enter the street right through to the property, the attendant at the time was amazing, he was so kind & made us feel at home. Breathtaking views both in the morning right through to sunset. Loved how they have alpacas around you, horses & plenty of native animals surrounding the property (kangaroos, kookaburras + more). An amazing stay for my partner & I, would recommend 110% to couples near & far as it’s a great way to interact with your partner without devices & just relax. Thank you guys for your hospitality. It was amazing.

My partner and I had a beautiful getaway here that we absolutely loved! The location is just incredible, stunning mountain views right from our room, the room is super spacious and well kept. The in-ground spa bath was really luxurious, we added the chocolate fondue to be delivered to our room which was delicious. The property is very well kept and the animals on the property are just gorgeous. Loads to do in the area and the property itself, such a relaxing getaway we definitely needed. Absolutely would visit again! Also loads of kangaroos jumping around and even some wombats!

It is a truly amazing place to stay!!! The service was perfect, the staff were happy and helpful, the location was great, the views were exemplary, and the amenities were awesome.
A shame that the alpacas had disappeared when we wanted to hand feed them, but I guess they had better things to do.

We had a perfect escape with beautiful view of nature.. such a relaxing environment to have a peaceful and memorable getaway. We loved it!

My husband surprised me for our 20th Wedding anniversary for a weekend away. From the moment my husband first made contact, to the time we arrived until the time we left the service was exceptional. Every one was warm, friendly and welcoming.
We stayed in the River room, the room was set up so romantically it was breath taking.

My husband had paid extra for a few extra packages that included chocolate, robes and oils with a dinner and breakfast pack.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. If your looking for a romantic weekend away, this is a great place to go. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the other rooms too.

I have to say this stay has easily been one of the best and most memorable stays we have ever had. The attention to detail, breathtaking views, and relaxing atmosphere.
We stayed in the Valley View Suite, the room was super clean, and spacious. Though there were other guests visiting we didn't hear a peep and it was as if we had the whole place to ourselves.
From the second we arrived, until we left we had an incredible time.

Such an amazing place! The perfect romantic and relaxing getaway. We stayed in the Rendezvous Spa Cabin and the views of the river from the spa were beautiful. So peaceful sitting outside with lots of different wildlife all around to watch. Also enjoyed going for a walk down to the river and feeding the alpacas along the way. The cabin was very clean and stayed cozy warm with the gas fire place. It would've been nice to have a few extra towels and some paper towel in the kitchen. Hopefully we can visit again!

We loved our stay at Eagle View , the location is amazing with our own private views . The suite was super cosy & everything we were looking for .
100% plan to visit again as soon as possible .

With note from the cleaner wishing us a beautiful stay.
The place will force you to relax to put you on resetting mood . Amazing Stress free environment.
We did our own catering we brought everything we need .
The kitchen was well utilised more then enough.
Last year we ordered the picnic package and it was super cute with the details.
Lastly when we checked out they gave us a treat from the management team was super adorable.

Absolutely to die for!!!! We got home today and we already miss it so much 😍 the peace and tranquillity of this accommodation is next to none!! My partner and i will definitely be back in the rain seasons for the most cosy experience you will ever have!! 😍 the river view room was so beautiful ,clean and spacious, the gas fire was warm and cosy and the added touch of our complimentary gift bag filled with actual items that are useful in everyday life was so exciting to recieve , it was so so so nice!! 10/10 guys amazing job!!! Cant wait to come back !

Very nice place to celebrate my birthday last week. Everything was perfect, staff are really helpful. Very nice place to relax and escape from busy city. We can feed the animal too, and they have bbq outside. Very recommended. Would love to come again for sure :) thank you for a great experience.

We stayed in the Wilderness Spa Cabin this past weekend and I cannot fault anything. The cabin was cosy, intimate , romantic and peaceful. All the little extra details from the coupons, to all the little signs and notes everywhere were just beautiful and just added to the whole experience of a romantic getaway and checking out of our busy lives. The cabin was clean, had all the amenities we needed and we even had the llamas eating around outside which just added to this gorgeous experience. Thank you Eagle View we will be back and highly recommend anyone wanting a romantic and peaceful getaway to try this place you won’t regret it!

We recently stayed in one of the Lake View rooms and was thoroughly impressed throughout our whole experience there. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the water and we also got to watch the horses and kangaroos as we enjoyed our breakfast. The spa baths were a wonderful opportunity to relax, enjoy the lovely view and forget about the rat race. The owners were friendly and accomodating, even providing us with gluten free food in our hamper. The kitchenette and hampers meant that dinners were hassle free and delicious. We can’t wait to return!

The choice to come here was the best decision I’ve ever made, the view from the rooms were absolutely breathtaking, loads of activities to do on site. The staff were absolutely amazing and super friendly, Woody is the nicest guy I’ve ever met and made the stay a whole lot more enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend coming here and we will definitely be back ASAP. 10/10 !!!

My partner and I came here for a weekend away. Honestly the most beautiful and romantic place we have stayed in. So relaxing and peaceful I would definitely stay here and visit the other cabins! We loved everything but just one thing for improvement is extra towels especially when having the spa inside :)

This is our third time visiting Eagleview Escape - and once again, it simply never disappoints. So far we've stayed in the Lake View, River View & Wilderness cabin. The rooms have always been super clean and spacious with great views over Lake Lyell (wilderness has its own view of the surrounding nature). The spa is the absolute highlight and we can't wait to be back to experience the other remaining rooms.

Pros: 24/7 entertainment in the reception area, played a game of late night pool.
Waking up to a peaceful and quiet view .. surrounded by kangaroos & alpacas feeding.
Customer service: outstanding as always. The crew here is always attentive and helpful. Thank you Natalie for assisting us in our recent stay.
Cons: having to check out & return to reality!
