Super easy booking an appointment online (new patient). Dr Cameron was very friendly and professional.

Very happy to have bulk billing doctor so close to where I live that has been so easily accessible.

My kids and I have been patients here for over 16 years. Dr Hanan Daniel is very caring and thorough. She always makes me feel like I can discuss anything with her and she listens to my concerns..I have seen other doctors here also over the years and they have all been very professional, as well as the pathology and front desk staff.

Receptionists are really friendly and always smiling, they make me feel welcomed. Clinical staffs are with good clinical skills, they make me feel less pain when do the injection. Pathology staffs can collect blood safe and efficiently. Doctors are really caring and willing to listen and provide appropriate treatments to meet patient’s needs and fast recovery.

We are visiting Australia from the UK. My husband required the assistance of a Doctor and we were staying in Wolli Creek, so it made sense to use this family practice. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. We would both like to thanks the Doctor and staff who were of great help.

Very friendly, professional Family Practice. Receptionist was helpful, Lin the Nurse was very nice, and I felt relaxed and confident of the care. Dr Zhang was professional, patient and friendly. The entire environment is fresh and lovely with clean comfortable colours. Definitely coming back.

Atmosphere:
During my recent visit to this GP practice, I found the atmosphere to be comfortable and inviting. With ample seating available, the environment felt welcoming. The receptionists played a key role in creating a positive first impression.

Service:
Dr. Minglei Zhang, my GP at this practice, provided exceptional service in addressing my clinical concerns. He took the time to explain medical matters thoroughly, ensuring I felt informed and cared for. The nurse who attended to me demonstrated a commendable combination of knowledge, skills, and kindness. Her passion for her job and compassion towards my current condition were evident throughout the visit.

Staff:
The receptionists were welcoming and contributed to the positive atmosphere of the practice. Dr. Minglei Zhang provided excellent service, addressing my clinical concerns with care and thorough explanations. The nurse attending to me showcased impressive knowledge, skills, and kindness, making my experience at the GP practice highly positive.

I’ve known Dr. Zhang since he worked at Earlwood Medical Centre. He is an excellent Family Doctor. He always listens to my concerns patiently and provides me with very professional and thoughtful advice. The clinic environment is very comfortable with handy location just 2 minutes from train station, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of medical assistance.

Wonderful GP clinic, they are so friendly, responsive and very attentive. I felt safe and understood with both the nurse and GP. One of the better, if not best family practice.

We have been a patient of Dr Hanan for maybe 18 years and she’s always been lovely, thorough and would go above and beyond for her patients. Will recommend her to everyone without a doubt.

I travelled here from CLEMTON PARK specifically to see Dr Minglei Zhang.
He has always been a focused,meticulous Doctor at all times to attend to different ailments I have had over quite a long period of time. I am more than happy to travel further to see him because he is a very good Doctor. I guess the Wolli Creek Family Practice will be my new destination for health care.

Recently started seeing the doctors here because my other GP retired who bulk billed.

Doctors here are great, staff is great highly recommend and it's bulk billed, because you know, times are tough and alot of us can't afford to pay to see a GP, so thanks.

Wanted to share my experience with you all after I visited the

Medical Centre today with My Mother.

I was greeted by the awesome reception team who at the time

were ridiculously busy however were more than happy to help me

plus Mum check in to see Dr Mingle Zhang.

The practice to me feels safe, the waiting room is clean and well

organized.

Appointment with Doctor Minglei Zhang on time.

Good consultation with him too.

Doctor Zhang is brilliant, very caring, thorough, compassionate

and nonjudgmental regardless of your medical issue.

I cannot recommend this doctor on duty more.

Wolli Creek Family Practice as a whole provide a great service,

especially when it involves referrals and getting the right people

involved in your care.

Everyone we spoke to, receptionist, nurse and doctors, etc are

always warm and friendly, no waiting, could not have been easier.

My son and I have been patients of Dr Hanan's for 10 years. She has completely earned my trust over this time and proven herself deserving of this repeatedly. It feels great to have a 'family doctor' I can trust implicitly. She is thorough yet collaborative in her approach.

She has worked with me when I’ve been reluctant and given me great direction when facing health challenges.

She even correctly diagnosed my elderly mother with whooping cough after she’d suffered for months, being repeatedly misdiagnosis by other doctors!

Dr Hanan is smart and compassionate and very authentic. It must be hard dealing with so many people and their problems every day yet she does so with both professionalism and grace.

I haven’t had a regular family doctor in that ‘old fashioned’ way and now I see the benefit. There is a sense of support in this trust and consistency. I have a great deal of respect and loyalty for Dr Hanan.

Dr Hanan Daniel was warned, details, professional and I feel comfortable with her. The reception was very helpful.
