Cafe 959 Kogarah

Nice and big cafe in a quiet town. They have special takeaway lunch there with coffee and burger for 12 dollars. We wanted to sit inside and the lady told me that we can do that but it will be more few dollars expensive . We were happy with that because we only need small brunch. I like that friendly mutual lady at the door. Enjoyed very much.

Great place to enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch! Nice menu options and the service was great. The decoration is very nice making the place very cozy! Just a few minutes from Kogarah station.

Pretty good little cafe in Kogarah. The Acai bowl was yummy and well presented. Didn't wait too long to be served or for the food to come out. Would come back and try something else next time. The piccolo latte I had hit the spot, too! Came back recently for the smoothie bowl and had a similar experience. Yum!

This cafe overall was outstanding, their food and service was excellent. Was greeted at the door with a lovely and kind demeanour, the food was even better as everything was well presented and even tasted better than they looked. 100% recommend to anyone and would definitely like to go back

The customer service here is incredible, they go above and beyond, and are very helpful and polite. Food came out quickly and also tastes pretty good.

Stumbled upon this beautiful little cafe in Kogarah which is within walking distance from St George hospital. Service is impeccable with fast delivery of hot drinks and food. Food was tasty and beautifully presented. Would recommend and definitely return if in the area.

We ordered a smoothie bowl to share since we didn’t want to bother them with too much food. It was really tasty though. I think it was some sort of dragonfruit or açai made smoothie with muesli and fruit on the side, as well as a cut passionfruit to make it tastier. This was actually my first experience having a real passionfruit and its actuallyy very refreshing and sour. It complimented the muesli bowl really well, and gavve more taste to the meal so it was very much welcome. I had most of it since marika had a coffee to finish, and it was pretty good.

On our second visit i had a big brekkie and a smoothie and it was an extremely delectable and large meal fit to serve more than just myself. It was served in what looked like an iron cast pan which was quite unique and everything was full of flavour, it was a fantastic meal, though i would have appreciated if there were more bread or carbs to mitigate all the saltiness in the meal!

The staff are friendly. The coffee is good.
The beef burger is delicious. I was going to say the chips are great, but I think they changed the brand. Nice, but not the same. I may be mistaken. Edit. Had beef burger n chips again. Yummmm chips were great!! Burger is best ever!!!

Since moving to the area we are thrilled to have our regular to go! Service is second to none, so very friendly, positive and happy (these guys contribute a lot back to the local community too)! Every mouthful of coffee is absolute perfection! The brekky is also insanely good!! The overall experience is a brill way to start your day!!

The customer service here is amazing. The food arrived promptly and looked satisfactorily. Definitely will come back.

Very nice place for breakfast and lunch especially if you were unlucky and need to be a visitor or a patient of nearby healthcare institutions - absolutely the best food place next to St George Hospital. Very friendly staff, good coffee and special respect for their Greek specials of the day - Lamb Souvlaki. Not every day but if you spot it - just take it.

this place is always amazing. i normally come here after an appointment at the hospital and i come with my mother, we both love it there. food is always delicious and coffees are fantastic too.

Really good food but we have to wait 35 minutes for pancake. But that was worth waiting for. 👌👍

Had their special chicken satay and it was really good. The salad on the side was fresh and different too. It would be good to have it in their regular menu.

Good, hot coffee, good range of teas, wonderfully fresh, and spectacularly presented food.
The waitress couldn't do enough for us, even offering me a blanket for my legs, knowing that I had been in hospital.
A ready smile, a winning attitude, and a no-worries attitude made our morning brighter, not to mention the great food!

I just popped in for a drink, but was welcomed by the most amazing customer service, the lady serving was so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend the Tim Tam Frappe, and the lovely outdoor area to sit and relax.
