Australia Post - Exmouth LPO

Helpful staff, go above and beyond to assist.

I spent a week or so in Exmouth, I either sent or received something most days, all the staff we lovely. Shelby was a stand out, she took the extra step to hell me for a parcel I was desperate for, I appreciated her help immensely.

Awesome staff and great efficient post office. Always had my parcels there and ready for collection.

Wow, what an amazing helpful team. Was staying at Ningaloo Lodge and expecting an item at reception. Day after day, they kept telling me it wasn’t there and that it would be if delivered to their PO Box. Each day they said nothing.

After reaching a level of frustration, went to the post office and the team couldn’t have been more helpful! Would you believe it, my item had been in the Ningaloo box for 4 days.

So much for reception picking up the post.

Friendly staff but just be aware that if your parcel was sent here (not to a PO Box) you can't pick it up between 11am-2pm. Unusual.

Absolutely won't let anyone pick up a parcel addressed to them between 11-2pm. If I work 9-5 mon-fri.... how exactly am I ever supposed to get anything!!!?
