Very sympathetic and warm Reception, here for the alcohol interlock system, efficient, without long wait for the readings, mostly flexible with appointments as well, they have done a full service in my van and she’s driving so smooth ever since. Can definitely recommend💪🏽

Very happy with their work. My van was damage by a previous mechanic, I panicked cause happened in December close to the holiday time, brought it to them, they booked me in, fix it and the van is going strong. Very easy process without being pushy. Happy with the way I was treated and with the work done on my Renault. Declan was great to deal with and looks like this is a great little family business where giving the personal touch is still alive and well.

I thought I would try another business to replace my worn front brake pads and rotors on my Mercedes. I was not disappointed with the experience but rather pleasantly surprised by some good old fashioned up-front communication from beginning to end and even going above and beyond the call of duty. I came in expecting my brakes to be repaired but also found they had reglued my roof lining, that was falling down a little on the drivers side, at no extra cost. This sort of service is unheard of in this day and age. I will definitely be bringing my car's back to Ultimate for work in the future.
