Im giving 3 stars because the product we bought is incredible, the service however was not okay.

My partner came in to get a picnic basket I had asked him to purchase for me, I specifically asked for a four person set. When he asked an older lighter haired assistant if the basket was the four person option she made a joke at the expense of my partner and then proceeded to not help him??? He found it alone and was stressed as there wasn't much indication of which basket it was on the labelling. He then avoided the light haired lady when finalising his purchase because she had made him that uncomfortable and literally belittled him for asking for help.

Is this what you guys call customer service? I understand it's a very busy season and retail is a hard job, but you have to actually do your job to make that claim.

I went to the Claremont store on Thursday, there was two young ladies with long hair tied back behind the counter and was arguing loudly about the uniforms very unprofessional. So I left the store and did not buy what I went in for 😢

Absolutely appalling service from one of the female workers. She was condescending and rude, making me upset and made me turn down items I would have bought if I was treated with some sort of respect. So instead of making $40 they made none from me. Worst of all is... that I have interacted with the same lady multiple times as she has come into my work on some occasions and she has been so horrible to me and all the staff I work with.
