Gawler Gateway Tourist Park

I stayed here a few times now, and I've never really had any problems.

It was just me & my dog, and It was pet friendly, which is really important for me.

The location isn't perfect, but the Kudla Train Station is just down the road (easy walking distance), and both Gawler and Munno Para are just an easy 5 minute drive down the road. So it's really not that bad.

Good stopover location, clean amenities, although it is a bit odd having CCTV in the bathrooms .
Management is very helpful. Permanent locals are generally very approachable

I have used Gawler Gateway several times for large group accommodation and have enjoyed wonderful service each time. Most recently in October I used Gawler Gateway to accommodate 66 people in the Gateway Lodge and Gateway Quarters. The staff at the Gateway Lodge were really friendly, helpful, and flexible, and organising large group bookings with them has been a breeze. Highly recommended!

Just stopped by visiting a relative. The park has a lot to offer families. It's clean, well maintained and pretty full at this time of the year.

Home sweet home, great park, excellent staff, family friendly and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and daughter have loved every moment here. Don't ever want to leave. Everyone is friendly and easy going. Really is one of the best tourist parks in Adelaide. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

A great place to stay. Central to shopping hub, great hotels for lunch and dinner nearby and the railway station is a few hundred metres away to Adelaide city; and the tram to Glenelg. Or go east to the Barossa Valley! Brilliant and helpful host!

Beautiful park , lined with large trees and filled with bird life . Pet friendly, with plenty of space to walk your dog in , playground for the little ones and a pool to cool off on those hot days !!! I like the serenity of being a short distance from all your shopping needs and not being in the middle of town . Clean and quiet !!

We had a wonderful stay from the time we arrived to the time we departed. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much. Amenities are excellent and very clean. Love love the nature area where we enjoyed an amble around with a sundowner enjoying the evening birdsong. Being 'pet friendly' was the cherry on the cake. Thank you.😊 We will be back.

Friendly helpful reception staff well run, clean and tidy all over with nice amenities and very reasonably priced. $33 per night for powered van site. Gravel site but with nice trees planted a lawn area, playground, pool and a couple of BBQ areas. A good spread of accom types and amenities. On the main north road into Adelaide but our site was nice and quiet at the back.Very nice stay.

Perfect. Simply perfect. Friendly helpful staff, super quiet, very clean grounds. Our cabin was brilliant - the bathroom was literally brilliant - so clean and white it almost hurt the eyes! The whole cabin was spotlessly clean, everything we needed to cook, relax and unwind - even plunger coffee! Definitely amazing value. Thanks.

Good quiet park that we have stayed at a few times now. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

I'm impressed with this place! The bathrooms clean, amenities always clean, playground and an awesome pool which me and my partner spend the whole day in, so nice we didn't want to get out! People smile and wave as they pass each other, and I feel safe knowing there's security cameras :) would absolutely stay here again

Stayed here over Christmas 2018. Such a great place. Pool, Kids playground and grassed area. Good camp kitchen and fantastic always clean amenities with great water pressure along with good hot water. The sites are large and well maintained. Price was fantastic. Staff lovely and friendly.

I stayed for over a week in 1 of the Hex Huts. Very clean, well kept grounds, great pool, permanent residence made me feel welcomed & safe. Good rates. Great place for family's also. Warm & friendly staff.

Fantastic friendly, honest owners and Care Takers. Daily always improving the park. Quite, Safe, relaxing close to everything.Great facilities. Spotless amenities. Is the gateway to all you want to do as far as location is concerned. Ideal for families with children, singles, backpackers, travellers,gray nomads, for all etc. More than highly recommend Mark

Well laid out, neat clean park. Really nice en suite bathrooms for tourist travellers, cleaned twice daily and always spotless. Great swimming pool, and playground area for the kids. Very nice park, and well located for the Elizabeth/Munno Para area as well as north to Gawler and the Barossa. Reasonably priced sites.

We stayed here for a week while visiting the Barossa Valley and Adelaide. It was fantastic. The facilities are clean and in good condition. The staff running it are friendly and well respected by the long term residents. It is close to shops, the town of Gawler and the Barossa Valley. Adelaide is about a half hour drive to down town. You can also take the train. The station is a 10 minute walk away and the trip takes 45 minutes.

Playford International College music students and teachers had a wonderful stay at the Gawler Gateway Tourist Park. The staff at the Gawler Gateway Tourist Park are very friendly and super helpful. The facilities were very clean. Overall a wonderful experience.
