Plants are too expensive and succulents are either dead or very leggy and poorly cared for.

Most rudest arrogant man I have ever met roses and plants look dead and roses have scale on them which isn't good. Was quoted $40.00 over the phone and when we travelled down from Tamworth got quoted $65.00 and $95.00 And mum asked if he had a tag for rose which said what it was and he said not on the bush rose but I do on standard rose which I can put on for you. Then as we walked up towards till front counter he went to go behind front counter to till mum asked about tag for rose are you going to put it on for me and he got quite rude and said Ohh if I really got to after he said he would minute's earlier. So I said to mum come lon et's go its not worth it. He then said good glad to see the back of you and don't let the gate hit you on the way out. So as we were walking out to the car he called mum a foul name so mum called him an ape. Mum left crying in car. If that's how you treat your customers that isn't good mate also word of mouth and reviews are everything and definitely won't go back. if I could of given a 0 I would of.
