We had two delicious sandwiches, chicken with mayo and ham, cheese and tomato. Good price too.

Shared a NY cheesecake also very nice.
Tried the spiced pumpkin late, bit sweet for me, husband's coffee was very nice. Young women serving were great too.

Fantastic looking out over the Santa Grotto area with the sparkling Xmas decorations, massive tree, and the fake reindeers poking their heads out of their stalls!

We'll definitely come back :-)

My husband and I will always have a hot drink here each time we visit Lakeside. They make the perfect, smooth, creamy soy chai latte. Staff are always helpful and price is reasonable. They also always keep their area clean. Keep up the good work, girls!

I had an incredibly delicious pumpkin spice latte (in an edible cup!!) from my new fave coffee shop CAFFN8 at Karrinyup Shopping Centre. They have a fantastic range of (vegan) specialty flavoured coffees including butterscotch, gingerbread, Turkish delight, peppermint, caramel, hazelnut, matcha and beetroot! The pumpkin spice latte had lovely flavours of nutmeg and cinnamon, and can also be made without coffee if you prefer.
I asked for my coffee in one of their Good Edi edible coffee cups ($2). These are the ultimate in eco-friendly coffee cups! Created in Melbourne, they are completely edible and vegan, made from oats and grains, and they taste kind of like a firm wafer.
Caffn8 also have a range of vegan cakes (I got the toffee cashew cheesecake), as well as vegan smoothies (pictured is the delicious and refreshing pina colada smoothie).
I also got one of their yummy vegan sandwiches which was filled with roasted red pepper, chargrilled zucchini, roasted eggplant, olives, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and red onion.
The service was also fantastic and the staff were very helpful. CAFFN8 also has locations in Joondalup and Wanneroo, so be sure to keep an eye out for them!
I can’t wait to go back to try their gingerbread latte!

Raw treats that have yum names like...snickers bar, old favourites like lemon meringue, go down well with coffee and iced vanilla latte. Friendly service too!

Had the best dirty chai today! It wasn't crazy sweet like you get at other places. Service was above and beyond! I will definitely be back for a post shopping coffee. Thanks Caffn8. Can't comment on the food as I only got coffee.

Seriously good coffee!!!! The girls at the Wanneroo Store are the best. Always so friendly and the coffee is honestly amazing. Rhianna always goes above and beyond to help me find the carb details for my diabetic son. Have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend!

A sweet place for meetings or get-togethers... best coffee in Joondalup Shopping Centre, with discounts for seniors, loyalty card, lovely, caring staff. Right o/s Country Road and Trenery so there's always lots of fashion eye candy. Recommend

My partner and i have been regulars to this cute little coffee shop for about a year now and we would never go anywhere else. Coffee is smooth and always consistent which is hard to find. Genuine people behind the counter who go the extra mile- again hard to find. BEST OAT MILK EVER. The owner has definitely done something right here. ☺

Jamie and team give a new meaning to excellent service in a world where 'nice' seems to be the accepted standard. The food quality and prep was above expectation. Fresh, crunchy, decadent and hot but edible! Ticks all 'round. The coffee was on point with both temp and taste and my takeaway was double cupped which is consideration I can't recall from even the best coffee houses. Jamie gets a particular mention as her focussed engagement with every customer makes you feel valued and important. She was considerate to our needs as she offered both information about the food prior to purchase and options at the table to assist us with a shared meal. Polite and a pleasure to be around, Jamie was a well measured accompaniment to very enjoyable first visit. I observed a great team effort all round as the staff efficiently weaved around each other in a confident quite and served up quality in a timely manner. Make Caffn8 at Lakeside Joondalup your next café stop.. you won't be disappointed!

Been coming here regularly for ages now and have never been disappointed. The staff are always super friendly and there's just a lovely calm atmosphere about this spot. Definitely the best place for coffee at Lakeside. Seriously, if there aren't any free tables we don't even know where to go!

Passed a heap of times at Joondalup, stopped in for the 1st time today. Was with my youngest so she got a strawberry milkshake and downed it. New girl on the till being shown the ropes. All good on my end, hydrated and kept moving. Good work!

I went to the this Coffee place for a cold drink, around 9.15am and the two young ladies who served me where so lovely and kind. I like my drinks with ice and they were so accommodating, kind and polite I will be visiting more now. Thank you.

A really great little cafe in a lovely open area on the upper level between Country Road and Cotton on. I loved the calm, peaceful and restful atmosphere here, including the relaxing lighting. The staff were excellent and the beverages were lovely. Thank you!

Went to this cafe the other day and I must say I was very impressed. The staff are super friendly and my Latte was made to perfection. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone.
