Chanced upon this Thai restaurant on the way to a performance. We only had 45 minutes, and the lady boss promised us that we would be on time. She recommended us some 'quick' dinner items and we settled for a seafood pad Thai and pad see ew. We asked her if the food was authentic, since we had previously been scarred by another Thai place which was seriously lousy. She was confident and mentioned that we need not pay if the food was not up to standard.

The food portions were gigantic, and boy, were the dishes yummy! We were grinning the entire way we chomped on the food! Appreciated that the food was served fast, service was efficient and friendly and dinner was memorable.

Would have liked to try the papaya salad which had its own station, the grilled pork neck, boat noodles, bbq chicken and so many more dishes!

Do come and support them! Lots of Thai patrons in there... So you know you are getting delicious and authentic Thai food!

Very friendly. Affordable and quick service. The dishes were also excellent. So much flavour and it was enjoyable to be able to watch some of the cooking action. I taught myself how to make a couple Thai dishes during Covid and it was nice to see how someone experienced does it.
We will definitely be back.

Efficient. I had the lunch here chicken Pad Thai , chicken Fried Rice and Moo Ping Good portions with decent amount of meat and beansprouts. There is a good range of Thai lunch and dinner options Definitely felt authentic and it's an institution here.

Finally found authetic thai food. Real spicy!!
I was just looking for a fresh prawn salad which no other thai rest sell the uncooked one. We were lucky that the owner served us, and help us with the menu, we ask a lot of question bcs we don’t know which one to order. All looks so tempting! End up we ordered the tum mixed seafood salad xtra salmon. Which is best choice! The owner is very attentive and explain very clear! We will be back to try other food and the fried banana!! It was sold out so we order the taro! But it also good!

We had a nice brunch at this Thai restaurant on recent Sunday and ordered too many dishes since their menu are quite extensive and everything looks yummy ;-).

All the dishes are yummy authentic dishes and you can order with your preferred level of spiciness. We like our papaya salad and tom yum soup with good level of spiciness like what they should be if you have them in Bangkok and the chef in this place did not disappoint us and delivered the spice heats we like. The green curry was nice, creamy and fragrant with aroma of coconut cream (very nice gaeng keow). However, the best dish of our day was their BBQ pork neck aka moo yang. All in all, we ordered too many but had no regrets at all since we could take it home for next meal.

On next visit, we ordered yum talae seafood salad and pad cha moo krob stir-fried crispy pork belly. Both are good and authentic Thai dishes as well.

The customer service from floor staff members were very good and they tried their best to please their customers. The place is not too big but still has quite pleasant ambience. Sometimes the Thai background music is too loud though. We will surely come back if we are in the area and miss some authentic Thai dishes. Prices on the menu are competitive with other Thai places in the area and you can pay by credit cards with a rather high 2% surcharge.

This Thai restaurant offers you very authentic delicious Thai style street food. You may need to ask staffs for less spicy., if you are unable to handle spicyness. They have good service mind and friendly staffs.

Yod Thai: The undisputed champ of Thai cuisine in Sydney. Their mushroom soup? Absolutely the best beef pad-see- ew I’ve had anywhere in Sydney. The coconut smoothie is also a reason to stop by. Overall, the food is always authentic and delicious. Highly recommend if looking for a Thai meal in Sydney. 10/10

Best Thai food in Sydney. Good portion size for a fair price. Excellent choice of papaya salads and larb salads. Most importantly, they come as spicy as you really want them to! The larb ped and po pla ra were out of this world.
