Muzz Buzz - Joondalup

I am really surprised at some of these bad reviews ☹ I have been going to Muzz Buzz everyday since March 2022 when I moved up here. I get a Grande Flat White extra hot everyday day. It is the best coffee and made just how I like it and its hot, yay. All the girls are awesome and friendly. It’s a pleasure to be serviced by them and look forward to their happy smiling faces and there is never a bad attitude. On the very very odd occasion I’ve had a coffee a bit weak but it happens. Can be really busy most days and to me that says it all about the coffee and service 👍. And there are those days if they see my car in the line they have my coffee ready as soon as I’m at the window. And even some days when super busy they bring it out to me, wow what service

Love going here each day. I was worried when I moved I would struggle to find another good coffee place but Muzz Buzz Joondalup hits the spot. .

The girls at Muzz Buzz Joondalup are just the best. Always happy and their service is gold. On top of that they know how to make a great coffee along with other food and drinks of course. Keep up the good work and all the very best to all of you.

I ordered delivery from here through menulog. One of the girls called me to let me know that my delivery driver had been sitting In the car park with my order for a while and that if it turns up cold then I would be able to contact menu log for a refund. Sure enough my food was cold and my drink was melted but thanks to her contacting me I was able to go through and get that refund so thank you for doing that!

Weirdly, I didn't think this would be nice. But dam!!! I was happy to be proven wrong!
It's so hard to find a good matcha frappe, and muzz buzz has done it. It was like icecream 🍦
I'm very limited on what I can eat and drink, but they have a lot of choices which makes it so much more inviting. Now I can add another place to my favourites list!!

What are you expecting?! Coffee was good, a bit exxy for the size. Young lady serving was friendly, but didn't get my dad-humour joke. Maybe that's a compliment tho?

Wow I can't believe the sheer ineptitude and incompetence of the previous reviewer. Yes the "girs" are indeed great sir. Or should that be "si?" Hopefully not all your customers are doltish inbreds with a second grade reading level. If they are, I feel sorry for you poor girs.

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. My son says their smoothies are better than Boost.
