We have recently undertaken an extensive home renovation and part of this was replacing a hardwearing commercial wool carpet for something modern.
We looked at all the alternatives which had amazing selling points, stain free, won’t show wear, perfect for pets or children, fraction of the cost……you know the drill these modern fibres will be so much better than wool.
Well after weeks of bringing home samples listing the pros and cons, we returned to Terrace Floors and Terry who we had had the first appointment with. We went for a decision made with the heart not the head and chose a beautiful wool carpet which smells divine and is so wonderful and luxurious to walk on in your socks.
Terry and his team allowed us to take our time looking at all options so that when we returned to them, we were confident in our choice. They were easy to deal with and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Love the rugs for sale here! A couple of our Armadillos are still in good condition years after purchasing them, and they're in high traffic areas. Decent sales too, on pure wool rugs. It's difficult to walk out of The Terrace without buying one!

I bought carpet underlay from the shop twice. The male assistant takes great care of customers' needs and requirements, and the female assistants are very friendly. Their underlay would be the best in Adelaide.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this flooring company. The installer they assigned failed to show up twice, prompting me to use another flooring company. Two months later I’m still waiting for my refund. I would strongly advise against using this company due to their sheer lack of accountability and customer service.
