First time hiring an instrument from Size.

Was greeted fairly quickly and we were taken over for my daughter to get measured up for her instrument. Great that they didnt second guess and asked for second opinion from a colleague.

Was quick and easy. Hire of equipment was explained very clearly.

Super helpful staff, got me started easily with violin rental, showed me what I needed to know. Then I lost the rosin (purely my own fault, none of theirs) and they gave me a new one for free, despite my offers to pay. Really great customer service experience.

Went down here to get my Violin checked out. It was having some issues. The man who was there at the time was really helpful and friendly. He was focused, fixing quickly but efficiently. The woman who was also there at the time, she was also quite friendly towards me too. I also bought a shoulder rest that was at a pretty decent and reasonable price. Excellent service. Will come back if need be.

A kind helpful place. First lady we spoke to gave us confidence that they could help us. Very professional. Came away all repaired and satisfied.

Best customer service I have had in a long time! Staff are so helpful and friendly! I reached out after my daughter broke a cord on her beginners violin for advice. I went in store and they replaced it completely for us for only $7.50 (beginners cord) but over the moon happy. They tuned the whole violin for us, and even fixed up the bridge which wasn't the best as I bought it online. Staff we're exactly as described, specialist's! They even shared some helpful tips on maintaince and showed my daughter how to rosin her bow properly. Exceptional staff. Thanks guys, will definitely be back in future for all on going repairs n maintenance. Also you can even hire violins for $65 pq (great value) where as the music school we elected charged $85 per school term. 🤔

Excellent service by Perrin. We came in to buy a new chin rest which we did. He also fixed up the bridge, adjusted the shoulder rest, cleaned the violin, gave us some tips as well. I felt he showed genuine interest and care in us as customers. Loved it ! Highly recommend. Well done Perrin.

An excellent shop with a big range of hire equipment. Very friendly and supportive staff. And very reasonably priced -$165 for 3 months for a full size cello. 👌

The guys (& girls) at size music were great. I had my daughter's flute serviced there, they gave me an estimate of the cost and maximum price it could be but when I went to pick it up, it was well under the maximum and even under their estimate! A very pleasant surprise. Even better, they took the dent out, polished it and cleaned the case so well that my daughter thought it was a new case! I was also really pleased with their friendly service. I would highly recommend this place as they go above and beyond with their service. 👍😀🎼🎶🎺🎻🎷

Very friendly staff, and high quality items for low prices.

Fantastic service from a group of passionate individuals. Wide range of sheet music along with quality instruments of all shapes and sizes for a variety of price points to suit your needs. Their repairs/servicing is also very good, with loan instruments available at no extra charge. Not far at all from both the city and from the Hills- I would highly recommend for all your musical needs.

Fabulous friendly and knowledgeable team - I "moved in" to their sheet music section and they didn't bat an eye! They even recommended a different (competing?!) business for my percussion needs. Will be back as soon as my bank account has recovered! 😂

Someone told me there's a better music shop in Adelaide. They were mistaken. Best range, good prices, lovely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
