Incredible customer service and understanding. My whole family is stuck at home due to covid isolation with no access to medications. BFP dropped off required medication within 30 minutes even though they are busy and short staffed. Would give 6 stars if I could. Well done Broadway Pharmacy Team for helping us during a difficult period 👏.

They take a genuine interest in your health and are never judgemental, only supportive. With their collective wide health knowledge they make good suggestions medically and aesthetically. Went here to get my bivalent covid booster. Staff were extremely helpful, and even set up a place for me to charge my phone so that i could set up some government account so that my vaccination will be recorded.

This is a Great Pharmacy, helping their local and non local visiting clients every day. For me it seemed like I had a simple request for a stubborn face pimple, I wanted some topical treatment, but then the Pharmacist quickly identified I needed to see a Skin Specialist Physician straight away, which was upstairs at the GP's Rooms. Within the hour I was warned that the Biopsy taken could be cancerous. It was proven days later that I had a BBC (Basal Cell Carcinoma) and needed to book a Specialist and have an operation to remove the cancer (under the skin not visible but stretching from under my right eye to under right nostril). After the operation the Surgeon said I was one of the "lucky ones", well we know what that implies. But it wasn't luck it was "kind intuitive and professional skills by the Pharmacist" that did that for me and probably anyone else they assist on a regular basis.
Anyway, the daily heroes exist around us, we should acknowledge, appreciate, value, and recommend them to others who need them.
