These guys have been amazing.
I have a SAAB 93 - they don't make them or the parts any more, but it it is my beautiful car, and I love it and could never sell it.
They look after it so well, source parts (I don't know how they do it) and have it running beautifully. Costs are sometimes 'wow' but that is the nature of the high cost of parts, not labour, which is always more than reasonable.
They do our other two cars and are the complete professionals.
They offer a really personal service and know me and acknowledge me (with the SAAB, I seem to be a regular customer).
I've moved about, trying to find trustworthy people to look after our cars - I would never use anyone else now. Been using them for around three years now (or at least when they first openned).
Any issue, no problem, they sort it.
Manager Dean is fantastic too.
I rarely post reviews but Auto Masters Ashby deserve all the plaudits I'm giving them.

Recently traded in an old car for my new car. However, there were a few problems from the start. Prior to my trade in, I had a coil go on my old car. I called up, they looked at it, confirmed what was wrong and replaced it at the best price. Once I got my new car, it was in a worse state. About every three weeks I'd call and say something was wrong. Without hesitation Dean would tell me to bring it down when I was available, and the guys would have a look at it. My most recent visit was for a couple of leaks, however, once they got into the engine, they saw I needed a whole new one. Straight away they were on the phone to the warranty team, supplying photos and evidence that the warranty team asked for. At one point the warranty team tried to move the car for a second opinion and I informed them that it will be staying at Auto Masters Ashby and it will be repaired there, as I don't trust it going anywhere else and, they can forward the pictures and evidence required that they recieved from AMA to the other mechanic for a quote but the car stays where it is. It was a huge job, but they were timely with it and no matter how many times I called for an update, there was never a change in how I was spoken to, always polite, professional, informative and, understanding. Absolutely an amazing local business, with excellent customer focus and care. For as long as I'm local, I won't be going anywhere else! Thanks guys!

I use these guys whenever I’m in Perth. Always friendly, quick, and very transparent. They use a very cool video messaging service to help explain any work that needs doing which for someone who isn’t mechanically minded I found a great touch.

One thing I really like about these guys is they don’t charge an unspoken car type tax. Definitely recommend and I am yet to be disappointed in my experience there.

I have used AM Ashby before in servicing our other car, but in this instance Peta was excellent in assisting me in having our car battery replaced in a very speedy way. When our car would not start from home, an apprentice was sent out to jump start the car, leaving the AM rental behind for me to drive back to pick the car up when ready. This was all done without question or hesitation and i thank Peta for her patience in answering any questions in a very calm and professional manner, highly recommend anyone contact Ashby Automasters!

Brought my car in for a service and a diagnostic’s. After they had my car for a couple hours I recieved a service update video of what my car faults were and repair plan. Now I have never received a service like this nor heard of anyone doing a service video before they moved forward with repairs. I’m absolutely blown away by this and I’m very impressed with the professionalism of the team at Auto Masters Ashby.

I Recommend Auto Master Ashby so highly. There absolutely brilliant mechanics who offer great customer care, look after your vehicle, will keep you informed of what needs to be done without trying to sneak in anything that doesn't need to be done. The price they quote is the price they charge and if there's a discrepancy they will first contact you. Once again highly recommend have taken both my cars here cheers guys.

This was the first time I used Auto Masters and was very impressed with the efficient, professional and friendly service received. I left a query online and was contacted that day to book in the service. Craig contacted me regarding a further issue with my car on the day of the service which he explained clearly to me. Will definitely use them again.

Jason, Mario and their team did an excellent service on my Patrol I booked in my Astra for a service. This team has a great rapport with their clients. Very reasonably priced compared to the
rip offs I went to in the past. Excellent location. Go have a coffee and food at the corner cafe. Great tasting coffee. If you need genuinely friendly service and diagnostics of your vehicle, then come here. They really are who they say they are; Automasters

We had our Subaru Forester checked over by Matt and his team before we left Perth on our trip up to the Kimberley. Also had brakes serviced and pads replaced. Matt gave a highly professional service and we were very impressed by the efficiency of him and his team. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

We had a minor service performed here and were impressed by the pleasant staff and clean workshop. It was raining heavily and my husband fell over. Jason the Manager very kindly ran us home and picked us up later. Our car was clean and thoroughly vacuumed, which we really appreciated. A couple of items were identified on the report for future attention, so we can get these attended to. In all highly recommended. So next time you need a vehicle service or repair, give them a go.

Matt and the team have gone above and beyond to get my car up to scratch. Matt is very friendly and explained everything well. Did not feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of as I have done at other service centres. Pricing was reasonable and job done well. Awesome team! Thanks guys!

Great service and my car is running beautifully

The crew at Auto Masters Ashby are friendly and knowledgeable. After a bad experience at the dealership, I took my car to them for an interim service. Service was completed at a great price, with everything covered comprehensively. Will be taking my Hyundai N-Line to them from now on!
