It was easy to book my car in for a service. The staff were friendly and professional, explaining clearly what work was needed on my car.

After my vehicle was picked up by the Rac & taken to Ultratune Joondalup to be assessed for an engine problem, the team besides being very busy with other jobs of booked in work,
somehow managed to fit my vehicle in & within 24 hours I was back on the road !

Very happy with the customer service. The staff are very experienced and give you all the details of exactly the work they carried out and their thoughts/opinions to help you out. They're very easy to talk to and they even got the job done earlier than expected. Would 100% recommend to anyone and ill definitely being coming back here if I have any issues with the car in the future.

Dear community, I had major issues with my ute clutch and gearbox. Had 5 quotes for repairs from local mechanical outlets. I was quoted between $2500 and $3500 for repairs. Gary was fantastic and fixed up what was needed. I’ve been through a fair few dodgy mechanics in previous years that charged a fortune for so little done and checked.
There was no hidden costs and everything was explained well.
