Core9 is the first gym I have ever actually enjoyed going to! I love that each day’s work out is completely different and includes such a variety of exercises. The fact that the work outs are all set for you so you don’t need to think about what you want to train each day makes going to the gym so much more enjoyable. All of the trainers there are amazing! They help keep me motivated and are always willing to go above & beyond to see you exceed!! I would highly recommend Core9!

Core9 Joondalup is by far the best gym I’ve been to! The different workouts everyday and the fact they are already planned makes it so much easier to just turn up! The trainers are awesome - interested in helping people achieve their goals, improve their overall health and keep you motivated!! Plus all the members are really friendly and supportive, making the workouts that much more enjoyable! My fitness has improved so much, I’ve learnt a lot and met so many amazing people! Couldn’t imagine not going now!! Thanks Core9!!

Hands down one of the best gyms I have ever been too!!! The atmosphere is fantastic and the trainers will push you to achieve your best! The workouts are only 31minutes and they work your entire body. Core9 as a gym overall, is definitely one that has changed my view and perception on getting healthy and staying fit!

Recommending Core9 Joondalup 100%. The trainers are amazing always by your side to offer words of encouragement. It is a real team and community atmosphere not intimidating at all catering for all levels of fitness. I started from zero and gradually have built on my fitness during the 6 week challenge. For the first time in years , I have an newfound enthusiasm for workouts which are very convenient with no set class times just rock up and slot in your 31 min session of 9 rounds. I am looking forward to continuing my Core9 journey and now look forward to going to the gym with no more excuses. Thanks Core9 Joondalup!

Love Core9! I joined with the 6 week challenge and lost 5.5kg and found my motivation and love for exercise again. The 31min workouts and rolling start times really work well with my lifestyle and I never feel i’m rushing to catch a class. The workouts are different everyday and that keeps it interesting! The trainers are great, always upbeat and positive. I was nervous going into a new gym atmosphere, especially when I was starting again after a long exercise hiatus, but those worries were gone by the end of the first session. I felt comfortable and that it really is an ego free place, because it’s not about any of that there - they just want you to focus on being the best you can be!

I took part in the Core9 6 week challenge and I cannot say enough good things about this gym! After having a baby 5 months ago, it was hard to get back in to exercise due to time and also because I had become so unfit!! 30 mins and the workout is done and the fact I could bring bub in with me, made it so easy and doable. The trainers are all amazing and motivate you every step of the way! And Elyce was there whenever I needed her to answer any of my nutritional questions and just keep me going on the right track. I have never been a fan of Interval training but being at Core9 has completely changed my mind! The workouts aren’t easy! They are challenging but you leave feeling so amazing after! I have seen great results in such a short amount of time. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back as a member next year! I highly recommend Core9 for anyone who is looking for a new place to train! :)

Core9 is such a supportive and motivating environment to train! I joined up for the 4 week challenge and loved the fact that I could arrive at any time, for a short 31 minute session, but leave every time feeling like I had put in a 100% effort in that short time. The training style is fun and challenging but very rewarding as I saw improvements instantly. Within four weeks, I went from never being able to do a full push up, to being able to complete one which for me, was very exciting. I would encourage anyone to give core9 a go and will definitely be training again with them in the future.

I had been putting off going to the gym for years and feel unbelievably lucky that I found Core 9 and its amazing trainers who have supported and encouraged me throughout my fitness journey. Whatever your fitness goals are, the workouts are challenging and varied, and there is a supportive and fun atmosphere in the gym.

Before Core9 I had a gym membership but was never motivated and struggled to find any routine using the gym equipment at regular gyms. Since joining core9 I’ve become motivated to train (and enjoy it) and with the advise of trainers I’ve improved my diet too. Both the Dan’s and the trainers have created such a motivating and welcoming gym - I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Just completed the Core9 6 week challenge after recently having a baby. I feel stronger, healthier and have so much more energy. It’s amazing! Lost over my goal weight. Love the flexibility of the times, really suits my family life!
All the coaches are amazing, so supportive and friendly! I feel like I can finally say I actually enjoy exercise now. Thank you, look forward to continuing this journey with Core9.

Just completed my 4 week challenge at Core9.
Love the training. The 31min worked well for my early morning workout. All the trainers where very encouraging & pushed me to improve my fitness.
I recommend Core9 to friends as I felt it was the perfect workout session for busy moms.

Core9 is a fantastic place to train and get fit. The staff here are very professional and incredibly approachable about all things fitness, functional training and nutrition. They care about the individual and have proven results.
The best part is that each session is just a 31 minute high intensity workout in a great atmosphere and you are done!! Also every session is different and challenges different parts of the body every day... You never get bored. I've tried many gyms over the years and Core9 tops them all.

Joining the 4 week challenge at core9 was the best decision I have made regarding my fitness and health. There's no thinking involved, just show up (no need to book or try to make it at a certain time- a new round starts every 3 minutes) and enjoy the 31 minutes of 9 challenging and fun stations. The trainers know exactly how to motivate you personally and push you to reach your goals. If I don't come 5 days a week I miss it! Highlight of my day :)

Core9 has effective workouts, friendly trainers who push you past your limits and show you how to do each exercise properly.

The gym has a great atmosphere, the workouts are quick and intense and I left each session feeling great and ready to take on the rest of the day.

I started with 1 core and now I have 9!
10/10 would gym again.

Core9 is by far the best decision I have made in regards to my health and fitness.
The 31 minute workouts push you, target every muscle group, every fitness level and are fun & diverse.
No matter what your health and fitness goal is (strengthening, toning, weight loss, fitness or maintaining) there is nothing that the amazing trainers, Swingers, Dan and Elyce can’t or won’t do to help you achieve it. They are so encouraging and have created the most incredible atmosphere I’ve ever been a part of at a gym.

Just finished a 6 week challenge with Core9 Joondalup and I couldn’t be happier! All the trainers are approachable and friendly and really help to motivate and push you to do your best! I received a tonne of support throughout the challenge (covering both nutrition and physical fitness) and so was able to achieve my set goals. Core9 is the first gym I have actually wanted to keep going to! For the first time ever I have wanted to work out every single day.
I love that each day the work out is completely different and always get to work different areas of my body. I’ve been able to strengthen my core which has now eliminated my previous back pain and have a complete different outlook on life and just want to continue on this journey becoming as fit and healthy as I possibly can be!
So greatful for this opportunity and meeting the staff at Core9!

I have just completed the 6-week challenge at core9 Joondalup. Having participated in gym challenges in the past I was sceptical of myself and the goals they had set for me. Little did I know they were totally achievable and I can't believe what I've done in 6 weeks. The staff are approachable and encouraging and the gym itself has a positive and comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend the challenge for someone looking to kick start their health goals.

I was a bit skeptical when I first joined core9. I had tried so many diets, fads, programs and gyms and none of them kept me motivated and I always dreaded going. Six weeks later I am the lightest I have been in three years, I feel healthier and fitter than ever and I don't want to go back to how I was before. The team are motivational and kept me on track the whole time.
I am so pleased with my results and the gym as a whole. I love being able to go in at my own time and not have to do a two hour session to receive the same results.
if you want to kick start your goals of being healthier and feeling better I highly recommend Core9 :)

I signed up for the 6 week challenge not really knowing what to expect. I ended up loving the quick 31 minute work outs and the fact I could turn up at any time during the opening hours and commence my circuit without being locked down to a class timetable. The trainers are awesome (especially Cass who not only pushed me to my limits but also assisted with my technique). I have now signed up as a full member and would recommend Core9 to others who have a busy lifestyle!
