Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach

Only stayed one night as a stopover but would love to come back and stay a few days. Great access the beach, especially handy if you surf; great pool with a hot jacuzzi, which out toddler loved; the cabin was well equipped. The only thing if the mozzie screen door had a hole, which needs to be fixed. We stayed Sun to Mon, so it was nice and quiet but I imagine much busier on weekends.

One Mile Beach holiday park is a great place to have a holiday, either with a partner or with a family. It has many cabins, a Resort style pool, heaps of other activities on site, and a surf beach just a short stroll away. It doesn't get much better than this. I thoroughly recommend this place..Oh and did I mention the friendly and helpful staff as well??

Fantastic location. Clean amenities. Everything looks to have been revamped recently or getting upgraded. Great facilities for kids, multiple easy access to the beach, and a cocktail bar above the beach kiosk that does a pretty decent margie

We where super lucky to get a space late December because of a cancellation. RV stand with on suite was clean and very neat.
The locals was friendly, the service personnel was really friendly and helpful.
The beach is beautiful and huge, we would recommend this space to anyone who likes to camp or book a chalet.

Stayed here for the night & it was great. So many kid friendly activities for al ages, direct beach access & even had a cafe to buy good quality meals from. Stayed in an economy cabin not luxurious but did the job for the family & had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Definitely coming back staff were all so lovely & welcoming. Beautiful clean well maintained park.

Great place to stay - we camped on a powered site. Facilities were excellently maintained, and very clean. Very busy, lots of kids but the park quietened down with most people respecting the "10pm no noise" rule. Staff were very easy to deal with re our booking. One small niggle - the visitors parking needs some love - very large potholes! 😃

Amazing camping 🤩 Super equipped with everything you need and more! It has different areas where you can cook, very efficient, the toilet was clean, magnificent access to the beach, we had a really good time! Perfect for families but also a couple of friends.Highly recommended 👌

Very clean amenities, great location. Security sends the kids home when it gets dark but struggles with or can't control drunk idiots at midnight on Nye. Don't need an f bomb slanging match between crazy cows at 1am, need security to send them home like any pub would

Beautiful holiday park with all the extras for families. The bed was a bit softer than we would like but other than that we had a lovely time. Great location next to the beach. Thanks for a great holiday, we will be back soon.

Great location for this family friendly place! We booked two cabins for two nights for cousin's family from NZ and us. Due to popularity we were only able to book two different cabins (Spa cabin & Deluxe cabin). Prior to our arrival, a prompt text message has notified us that the cabins are available for earlier check-in which worked out perfectly due to our earlier than schedule arrival. Friendly staff kindly upgraded us to two adjecent cabins. Cabins are very clean, my husband loves the mattress where when I tossed around during the night, he's not interrupted :)

On-site facilities are also with great variety to suit all age group. Swimming pool is designed to offer great fun to kids, tennis court, basketball court and jumping pillow are a bonus.

It is located in close proximity to major tourism places such as Irukandji Stingray & Shark Encounter, Dolphin watch cruise and Sandboarding.

Overall experiences for both kids and adults were amazing. Thank you Ingenia Holidays :)

Great place and amenities, kids had a great stay, they met some brilliant kids and made friends with them, played footy together, we also bought our own table tennis kit from Kmart and had a table tennis comp at night. It was fantastic stay.

Great layout with a lot of bbq areas to use during peak times. Close access to the beach if you do not want to use any of the facilities located inside the park.
Travelled with the family and they had a ball running around and exploring safely with new friends.
Highly recommended if you looking for a nice place to stay when visiting the Bay area.

Amazing park with awesome facilities. Loved the SMS's we received in the morning to let guests know what activities were planned for the day. A short easy stroll to the beach, we can't wait come back :)

Friendly locals. Nature provides the stairs to the beach. Very impressed with Ingenia One Mile. Cabins are nice, comfy and very clean. The grounds are neat and tidy. The staff are excellent, friendly and courteous. There's a great cafe/bar through the back gate. Plenty to see and do in the area. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

A quick overnight stay in one of the glamping tents. Gorgeous setup and everything you need and only a short stroll to beach.

I camped in a powered site overnight and was really impressed by the facilities and cleanliness of this park. The bathrooms were pristine with new plumbing, the sites were well maintained, and the beach was just a short walk away. I’ll be back!

Great park, well looked after and amenities are very clean. Close to everything in Nelson Bay and right on the beach. Dog friendly in off peak season which is outside school holidays and long weekends.

Beautiful spot, right at the beach with clean amenities. Really enjoyed our stay (powered campsite). Friendly and helpful staff. Will rebook when around again 👍🏼

This was a last-minute booking, and we were so happy with our stay. Great location. Excellent family friendly facility. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend the cabins by the beach. I could happily live there. Everything you needed plus more.
