Nestled in a leafy suburb is this lovely local Cafe. While taking your pooch for a stroll, you can call in for some quality refreshments. Outside on a grassed area, your best friend can lap up some water from a bowl.

Meals at the cafe are rustic and good quality. Normally, I have the Royal Breakfast. Today, I had the Smashed Avocado. Pumpkin seeds add a nice crunch, while the beetroot hummus adds a gentle sweetness to the avocado and egg. A fresh lemon slice is served on the plate to balance the acidity and sourness to your liking.

On another occasion, we had a Tony Omlette and Chicken Burger. The Omlette was generous. More interesting was the Chicken Burger, which was a fresh Asian fusion creation. Asian marinaded chicken was topped with a folded egg Omlette, between bread. Check out the photos.

Very beautiful note from the staff to celebrate my birthday, and great cafe all round. Amazing serving sizes and astonishing value, $13 for Perth’s best scrambled eggs on toast with huge portion sizes.

From the service to the food is excellent.
Sweet corn fritters and beef tacos are very tasty that’s my favorite. And my son loves dessert as well. Nice ambience and good service that’s definitely come here again.

Your corn fritters are the BEST I have ever had. Not sure what special ingredients are in them but they are perfect and no others come close. Delicious food that is reasonably priced and friendly staff. Nice to be able to sit outside near the trees and grass. Only thing to add is some extra juice options would be good :)

Walked past before, looked good from the outside, and found it is even better on the inside. Food is very good, service is just as good. Friendly and helpful. Had a Tony omelette a.nd iced mocha highly recommend, hope they do well.

If you want value for money for a coffee then this is the place. I could almost bathe in the large mug of coffee that was not only reasonably priced, but would be considered a 'grande' size at any other establishment.

Trusty brunch joint in an area where there’s not much choice! Slightly on the pricier side, but generally enjoyed by all.

Lovely cafe with welcoming staff . Great coffee & yummy food. We had the omlette & smashed avo- delicious!! We will be back!

I’ve been coming to this cafe for the past 14 weeks mon - Friday everyday while constructing a job 2 streets away. The first time I saw it I liked it, very pleasant staff who after a week called me by my name & made you feel welcome, down to even today seeing the owner Opperator Alexander walking over to place an elderly mans food down & help him with his seat. I’ve tried everything on the menu over the months & not been disappointed once. Portions are generous & fresh as it comes, coffees & chi’s etc are spot on as well. Price is also spot on for the excellent service & quality of food. Heading back to mandurah tonight & will miss my little find on Kirwan St, Floreat. Thanks guys & look forward to visiting in the near future.

Consistent yummy food in a lovely peaceful suburban setting. You almost feel like you're eating in your own backyard. Service is polite and generally fast. Menu is limited but amazing. You won't be disappointed 👍🏼

Quiet Ambient cafe where you can actually hear the person/s your with easily chat over coffee or lunch. Some cafes are so loud with music and clutter, this place is just the opposite.They make a smooth unbitter coffee and there's wonderful fresh choices from the menu to enjoy. I love this cafe for it's menu, coffee and it's very friendly staff.

Been going here regularly for a few years now and it has NEVER let me down. Awesome breakfast, then coffee is great, dogs are welcome outside and the staff are very good.

This is an enchanting neighbourhood cafe offering delicious meals and treats, good coffee and a convivial atmosphere thanks to the friendly and hospitable owners. I look forward to eating here whenever I visit with family in the area.

Much improved cafe after a spruce up and possibly a new chef with an updated menu and good coffee. Almost back to its glory days as the breakfast place of choice in Floreat.

Always exceptional, I’ve never once had a bad coffee from Fortysevenkirwanstreet. This is my absolute favourite place to go for a good strong coffee in the morning.

I spent the first 23 years of my life growing up at 57 Kirwan Street. While clearing out my father's house I popped down the road for a coffee and cake. Their cakes are to die for. After the first visit, I was hooked on this little cafe. The service is very friendly, cheerful and efficient and the coffee and food is first class. The soy used in their coffee is Bonsoy and the best tasting soy coffee you'll find. So if you drink soy or any other drink, pop over to 47 Kirwan Street and enjoy a great coffee, cake and meal. I have since referred others to this amazing little gem tucked away in Floreat. I have also informed Bonsoy of this Cafe so they can promote them on their Bonsoy website. I live in Busselton but whenever I'm in Perth I pop in for my coffee and cake.
